the human body has an amazing capacity for recovery, but its easy to take it for granted as a kid, and to not cultivate sustainable habits as a kid...
get all the animal products and processed foods out of your diet, and replace it with a low protein low fat high carb diet and your body runs like a brand new machine..

Chris was my idol growing up.. I got to play a game of skate with him and billy when they ware on couch tour, and I actually gave him a letter. One of the best days of my life. Still have the board the fallen team signed from that tour

There are only a handful of skateboarders who's ability seems to defy their age. Chris Cole and Andrew Reynolds are two who come to mind.

Where do you get a mini skateboard at?
They sell them at skate shops! It's usually a complete! Bought my son his first board as a mini! Blind deck! Board feels solid but everything else feels cheap particularly the bearings and trucks
Watching this and remembering back to the 80's, having my mind destroyed watching guys like Natas blasting around on a board with a 2" pointed nose.
So cool to have been able to follow it along until present times. I feel lucky!

When I was a little kid first skating the older kids looked actually intimidating in these big shoes and baggy clothes. Then shoes and pants got slim which at first I refused but eventually I realized girls loved it and now I alternate around both types of pants and shoes. But picturing a youngster being intimidated or a chick digging a windbreaker in the form of pants........JUST DON'T MAKE NO SENSE BRO

Remembering he was the Nyjah before there was Nyjah. He was a competition beast and couldn't be beaten. As well as his numerous ender parts and SOTY's. What I'd give to have the same commitment to the board over 30 ... Straight up legendary forever.

Pretty much the nyjah level guy of yesteryear but he didnt have social media to push him into the stratosphere like Nyjah.
top 50? he has contributed so much and for sure inspired all of today's killers. Easily top 10. Well rounded, consistent, unique, humble, the epitome of a professional skater. he is truly remarkable. He just has that energy you can feel watching him skate. On paper maybe not the top of the list, but thats not what skating is all about.

Chris Cole is top 15 btw. I'd even say he's top 5 as far as influence/style/skill. He's that good.
