I've seen quite a few concerts in my life but Rod Stewart's Vagabond Heart Tour in 91/92 was incredible. One of THE best LIVE performances I've ever seen. We saw it in Toronto at the Ex and the full moon rose above the stage. I've never seen anything like it. Wonderful memories of that night....
I was at the Wembley Stadium leg of the tour in 91. He was excellent. The day was even better as the support was Status Quo and Joe Cocker (who had John Miles as his guitarist). Probably the best value concert ticket ever
He visto muchos conciertos de este genio..magistral maestro..pero este si es el mejor en mi humilde opinión,ta vez me falten muchos para ver de el, pero por ahora me quedaré con este
listened and watched rod from his young early stage, his young man stage, his early mature stage, hismature stage and his transition to golden stage... love all these stages...
I thought his voice was a little too rough for Infatuation (arguably one of my top 10 favorite songs of all time) but then that voice actually made at least the verses of Rythm of my Heart pretty cool. Passion is awesome as always.
So sad that Jeff Golub the lead guitarist passed away at age 59 from progressive supranuclear palsy in 11/14. Such an underrated guitarist. May he RIP.
You know you're a true rock star when gorgeous women jump up on the stage & dance next to you. Rod is so used to it though that he just ignores them & walks the other way. Haha.
Fun fact: During the performance of 'Infatuation' you see a clip of a couple of male fans sing along...and it's the EXACT SAME CLIP that showed up in the 1984 live home video performance of the same song.
Svengoolie234 Ooh, Rod Stewart, Baby, You make my heart melt when you sing in concert. Welcome to Ylang-Ylang Baby, Welcome to Ylang-Ylang. Peace out, my British-born Sweetheart.

Svengoolie234 I think it's about time to board the "Downtown Train" to Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, it's final destination for a Rod Stewart Concert . . . Watch Out!
Svengoolie234 I think Rod Stewart looks pretty resplendent in red. He still is also known as "The Crown Prince of "Camouflage" ! If you think that is his alias, watch out, girls! 'Cause here he comes!
Jeff Golub, the best gitarrist Rod had in a band along with Carmine Rojas on bass! Chuck Kentis, Keyboards and Dave Palmer still play with Rod, anno 2018, amazing!
Haha. That's great. Before my mom passed, she also went to many a great concert back in the 80's (made me jealous). She was never filmed though. Anyway, I always wondered if ppl, who are in the audience of filmed concerts, ever come here to watch themselves. I know I would! It would be very cool to be immortalized like that.
@@coolcat6303 Back then in the 80s and 90s you had to bring a camcorder to record the concerts. I remember how large the camcorders were in the 80s. By the 90s the camcorders became more compact.
Svengoolie234 wasn't Rod Stewart married to Alana Hamilton before he married Rachel Hunter? Just as I suspected, high grade stuff. Once you start hearin' 'bout it, ya just can't get enough!
I wore out my vagabond heart cassette , it was my intro the greatness of rod

+jim68 I like his playing a lot...and stole some descending licks from him!
+ramsareit especially in the song The First Cut Is The Deepest.
+jim68 Yep that is the song I am talking about with the awesome lick I stole....Ialways thought I got it from Jimmy Page, until I heard Jeff last week!
90年代ほんといい時代だったんだよね。俺この時ロッドのアルバム初めてリアルで買って、ほんと嬉しかったんだよね。大袈裟ではなく俺の青春なんだよね。

Love it!!!
AMAZING
Svengoolie234. Someday Rod Stewart Sounds Sweet, but what I'm thinking is he is such a British-born Sweetheart! Don't go away, Ylang-Ylang, Baby!
Jeff Golub, the best gitarrist Rod had in a band along with Carmine Rojas on bass! Chuck Kentis, Keyboards and Dave Palmer still play with Rod, anno 2018, amazing!
And Jimmy Roberts came back on sax,,,,

Estuve en VIÑA del MAR CHILE o sea el FESTIVAL.
Grande Rod STEWART.
Svengoolie234 I think Rod Stewart keeps going and going on the "Downtown Train" for Alana! (Sweet!)
Huge solo in Passion!
😍😍😍😍😍
rod's voice s too husky and tired... but he kept up with entertaining his fans ... and that makes him more lovable...
Hector Kitane the fact that he loves what he does and the fans eat it up is awesome. He poured everything out of himself.
He probably looks back at this time in his life and he's like, man I was selling out stadiums all over the place.
Immenso
the best for all my l
carmine rojas on bass
1:20:33 - My mom wearing a white shirt with brunette hair in the very front. She is so lucky to be up on the stage
