Mari nope. Just a regular pot with some water in it. Just make sure that the bowl isn’t touching the water that’s in the pot :)
Your cream seemed very light compared to what we get here. Looked almost like milk. Also if I were to use milk instead would i get the same results? And since it’s more fluid would I have to reduce the amount of cream to chocolate. Please do reply
Satesh Mirpuri hmm that’s a good question. I personally never made it using milk but I have heard that there are recipes for ganache using water... maybe look those up?
