How to start investing in HMOs? This is a commonly asked question along with how to get started raising finance. That is why I wanted to sit down with Alfred and talk through how a house of multiple occupancy works and how, if you wanted to, you could get started investing in them yourself.

@@lorenzodias8738 In situations like this,I always recommend to people on getting guidance at least from someone that understands price action and all that while you strive on improving yourself by watching videos and learning fundamental analysis.

@@adrianazhulpa2671 I used to invest on my own because of making your money work for you mentality but never made any progress until I sought the guidance of Daniel Christopher Downes and he has made me understand that strategy is everything.

How do you go about creating a brand new 5 bed HMO on a property you haven't even yet purchased? Do you need to approach the council first, and look at licensing, an architect first? What are the steps needed before you even put an offer in, to ensure you know it's worth purchasing. I'm struggling to find information
