Well the time is finally here. Craig you helped us to purchase our lot 2 1/2 years ago. Our new home is finally complete and we will be there on Wednesday. I agree I own a moving company in Colorado Springs and can barely afford life any more and last year I applied for all my licenses and insurances in Florida and I’m restarting that business in Tampa I’ll miss the mountains but already sold my quads and Rzr and getting a boat eventually down there good luck on your move

I had heard that the subs were the only reason to go to Publix.
if you’re on a freshwater canal, you will 100% see gators. i’ve lived here 18 months and saw my first gator right away. not all the time, mostly between April and Aug. they live their own lives as long as you dont feed them.

You should have mentioned the price of insurance going up significantly.
Except it didn't for everyone. In fact, newer homes not in a flood plain saw no change... so there's that.
Ok two things, when is that love bug season 😂 relocating to Fort Myers in January and we need to find a garage for our cruiser(911 Porsche) prior to that season hitting or I will have a heart attack! 😂Second, we came and visited Fort Myers at the beginning of September and honestly I am not sure the bad driving can be blamed on snowbirds 😂 I get why people don’t use blinkers in fear they won’t be allowed to merge but for the love why do people drive in the fast lane going 5 under the speed limit 🤦♀️oh well small price to pay for paradise, I am just excited to be there full time and out of the cold! Thank you for the videos!
Love Bugs right around may.... snowbirds only part of the traffic issue. Many new residents here who have come from other areas are not helping.
Please stay where you’re at if you’re coming thinking you can change FL to your liking, especially politically. BTW keep your junk Porsche 911 there.
