- What’s up guys here is a full chest and back workout with some running conditioning:
A1. Chin-ups 6x8/6/4/8/6/4
B1. BB Incline bench 4x8/6/6/4
C1. DB chest supported rows 4x6-8
C2. DB bench press 4x6-8
D1. Cable fly 3x10-12
D2. Cable row 3x10-12
E1. Cable Facepulls 3x20
Running intervals
20 on/ 40 off x30
(70% of your sprint speed)

What would you recommend starting at with the sprints? I’ve been hitting the gym for 4 years but have never really done much cardio..
Would a 5 - 10 second sprint be a good enough to start with like a minute rest? Then build up from there over time?
@@eazyj5 yes but I would treat it less of a sprint and more of a fast run. The thing with all out sprinting is it is very taxing on the body and especially if you haven’t done it in a while can cause injury. Starting with some tempo runs like in this video at around 70-80% of a sprint would be good!

How many times a week do you do cardio? And is it always after weightlifting or on separate days as well?
