bro what if when tony stark died in end game then mephisto recalled iron man's soul and give him a deal to became doom and give him a purpose to save the world but mephisto plots something else, he uses doom but after a few time doom understands the plan of mephisto , he learns more magic power and along side with Dr.Strange he fights with mephisto and win. I have a theory. Doom will need 3 super powers from the multiverse to create the Battleworld. First, he will recruit Loki from the end of time by either blackmail or manipulation because he has the power to control time and space and will protect Doom's empire from falling apart. Secondly, he will find Wanda who is alive but she is still grieving her children, Doom will explain to her that she can live her life with her children in the Battleworld if she helps him create it with her chaos magic and it wouldn't take much to convince her further. And lastly, Doom will recruit a variant of Sinister Strange from What If who will be his general commanding the Thor corps in the Battleworld and just like Wanda he can also have her Christine in that world. Dr. Doom creates the Battleworld out of his desire for Sue Storm and will convince other heroes for the same, the motivation being 'love'.

The only thing is, we need enough time and get familial with all the superheroes and villiams and we need a detailed story.

Because of advance technology in the universe of fantastic 4 which is in 60s, so there could a possibility of presence of Howard or Tony stark or stark industries take a different way which is the root cause of Tony stark becoming The Doctor Doom...
This theory can also make a connection between Reed Richard's and Doom directly about their conflicts shown between them in comics..

Hey, the only way I can think of is Introducing One Earth with 'What If' story line making RDJ as Iron man with his Identity as 'Victor Von Doom' and that Earth's Doom as main villain of Secret Wars. Also One Doom of Fantastic Four world, which will remain as Earth 616's Doom with RDJ'S Doom trying to come back as Tony stark in 616's timeline.
