I appreciate the general idea. For me, as I have always not enough time to practice for hours, I've experienced that to maximize the results I needed to focus even more on the changes themselves. So, let's just divide not in groups of 4 or 8 but in a way that forces you to finish a group with a not which is after a position and/or string change, just like you make musical "seams" or "joints" between the groups. If the joints are solid, the construction will not collapse😊
