I think Shane will put plays in were all four wide outs ( Pit, Downs, AP, and Ad) on the field. Pit and Downs will run the short routes and AP, AD will run the deep routes out of that type of formation. Also running of that formation can be a miss match because the defense will be softer against a 14 personnel. The defense has to play dime to match up with all of the pass catchers. That put only one linebacker to stop Taylor and Richardson on draws.

There is a horrible vacuum in Colts media where a good podcast should go. Maybe you are the dudes for this.
All of the Colts podcasts (the ones without professionals) are really terrible and embarrassing.
So colts draft a QB who is huge and fast and hired the OC of a team that just ran the QB more in a season than any other team in the history of league for their HC and the answer is don't run the QB?
This is why the AR pick was so awful. He had no experience, a history of injury, and needed a ton of work.
Ballard had to take a QB at 4 in draft because he had failed for 6 years in either developing or bringing in a QB.
So we got an offense based on QB running and a QB who failed to finish 4 of his 5 starts before missing the rest of year due to injury.
Absolute disaster.

@@ColtBloodedPod ill check them out. Just from what I've seen, Allen is maybe one of the most unique players in modern NFL. Not sure you want an injury prone guy playing like that beast...if he can be half the threat JA is then that's awesome. Thanks for recommendations
