I signed up for the dri tri on Saturday and it’s my very first! I’m hearing people saying an hour is a normal amount of time to spend but I feel like you can easily take longer…😅 I guess I’ll find out! I’m honesty intimidated because the 300 reps are very cardio heavy😅 and I’m trying to run the 5k. I did the infinity workout and felt like my heart was just gonna pop out on that tread after those reps 😂 But of course I’m doing it regardless! I love hearing these stories ❤it’s empowering

@@AndrewColemanSmith I finished in 57 min 50 sec! I can't believe it. I'm actually wondering if i missed some on the floor 😅 but I used this as a crowning moment after einning the transformation challenge 😀
I'd say you deserve a pass for missing a couple reps on TWO DriTris. It's been so long since I've done one. Maybe I'll make it a goal to do it on the next one😅
