Dodgers get a big break that Ohtani hurt his left shoulder and not his right shoulder. Left handers use their right shoulder to generate power. Had it been his right shoulder it would’ve messed with his swing and his pitching arm. Tatís and bellinger had a full dislocation on their lead shoulder which hurt their swings a lot for over a year. That won’t be the case with Ohtani
I’ve been watching the Dodgers all season and I have zero faith in most of the bullpen guys: Treinen, Hudson, Banda, Vesia, Phillips, Joe Kelly, etc. Kopech is new and decent, but I despise Treinen and don’t trust him at all; he’s a choker and often gives up runs late.
