Good to see you feeling better and back at it. I'm in the market for a freezer, having "made do" for too long with just the freezer drawer of my fridge/freezer combo. Hard to find a smaller upright that is frost free but holding out for that, and your tips will come in handy.

The shelves are very far apart and no way to put other in - but, I measured and I can put TWO shoe containers stacked on each shelf and that would make finding things much easier than emptying half of the freezer looking for something. :-)

I thank you for this video. This is the first video where I became aware of vertical freezer. Seeing your video, I ordered a vertical freezer by LG(only one I could find on Amazon India) as the freezer part of my fridge has been malfunctioning since two months. Your video is very helpful. As I am a hernia patient and short, I request you to tell me is it easy to maintain and clean your freezer. Also if one has to manually defrost the freezer, how many times one has to do in a year?
Yes it is easy. I too have lack of mobility esp bending. Most new freezer are self defrosting. Hope you enjoy your new freezer and do share pics once it’s organised 🥰

While it doesn't have drawers like yours, it has 6 fixed shelves, 4 door racks and a small drawer cum tray (to collect the melting ice while defrosting). I love the way you have organized your freezer and hope to adapt some of your tips in my freezer organization.

I didn’t realize how my regular slider ziploc bags were taking up so much space and are a total eye sore. Thank you for showing us how to use the reusable silicone bags. Just ordered a set! Do you hand wash them or put them in the dishwasher?
Hi Raveena! I had a question. You know the plastic pouches that you have freezed your food in, when you wash them, do they close back correctly? Raveena just a clarification ,after seeing your white sillicon bag I bought from Amazon.ae ....the quality looks little thin compared to the sillicon bag with the closure clip ....how is your sillicon white bag ....thicker ? R slightly thicker than the normal bag ...

I have a small no defrost Frigidaire and think they are the smallest upright (only in white) and YES, no defrost is easier, but costs more to operate.

I didn’t know that we can freeze cheese. Does it lost the tastw and texture after dethawing?
There is a slight difference in taste but it is not offensive.
