    Just wanted to thank Greg as his FB post on exponential growth (re: CoV-2 virus) convinced me to stop going to the gym weeks before they ended up closing. Who knows man, you may have saved my life.

    Why do you get chronically low glycogen on a cut when the body can do gluconeogenesis? Studies have shown that, even on a low carb diet, if there are protein and fats, either of those can be used to resynthesize glycogen and replenish glycogen stores.

    how about this for isometric training: get a doorway pullup bar that you can adjust at various heights, set it low, get under it and try to press it up (isometrically). Same for deadlift and squat, if your bar can handle that kinda force

    I feel you, Eric. My co-workers always comment on how my oatmeal + protein powder breakfast (that I microwave there) smells SO good. A common opinion is that it smells like freshly baked muffins.

    With that pathetic combination of lentils and tomatoes, you mine as well create lentil curry with where it's headed. Serve over riced cauliflower for cutting. Also, make sure to add the salt afterwards or else the lentils will be hard.

      ^^^^, curries are amazingly good for its calorie to taste ratio, given you take out the typical rice/bread carbs with most reasonable vegetable carbs
