Korea has some kind of law requiring fairness in kpop contracts. I don't know what that is. They all sign 7 yr contracts & i think (not sure of date) new contracts were signed by BTS in 2020. They will have had lawyers look at them before they signed up again. But the boys are doing most of the hard physical labor that requires immense time to learn and practice dance routines. They have to keep the band as their priority & fly & perform as directed by Mgt. And they are physically beating up their bodies to their maximum output levels. They collapse and have pure oxygen devices to recover when they go backstage at the end. Jk has collapsed onstage in a performance. He always says after concerts that he's thankful no one got hurt. Then how to compensate ARMY? Earlier concert ticket sales is good. I don't know what else.
