@@paulcassells779 Ive been going through it as well, here's a couple of things that you can try which helped me out: - better posture, especially if you work in an office on a computer, or just watch your phone too much, your head leans forward and creates tension in ur neck and back muscles, try to lift your phone up whenever you are watching it, also for the posture - flare your lats/back of the shoulder, bring chest high up and push shoulders a bit to the back, do not exaggerate, try to find your sweet spot, you can put your back against a wall and work it out - stretching out, on warmups, after sets or even in off days, including mobility movements - changed pillow and the way of sleeping, might sound a bit off, but it helped me big time, having a higher or lower pillow can put a ton of pressure on your neck or back and cause alot of pain, also different ways of sleeping can affect this as well, I used to sleep on my back with my hands on my face or somewhere above my head, lol, and this as well used to put a lot of pressure on my arms and back and bring me pain as well and thats pretty much it, you can start from somewhere and slowly progress and implement new things, once you master the posture game and the pain is gone, your chest workout will reach a new level
I am signing up for your program sir! Excellent stuff! I have made significant progress but still nowhere near where i want to be.. the fly and the dips i have been doing them all wrong for years!
I love how all these fitness influencers try to make it as if they're doing something besides picking weights up and putting weights down. It's not that complicated
