She is very pretty and her result is very natural. Not too pointy. Some asians get nose jobs to look like westerner's nose. That's really bad taste. Hers is refined and subtle. A successful nose job is one that is not noticeable to others.

Hi Doctor... Is this safe? I read where 2 doctors says this is dangerous and can cause it to look worse or the skin can turn black and die. I can't afford rhinoplasty right now. But I would love to get this done till I can afford rhino. I have a little bump. When the filler dies down, will my nose be ok? Or look worse? Thanks for helping me. I wish you was here in Toronto.
Hi +Ash D, Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is not without risk, and thus should only be performed by a rhinoplasty specialist experienced in nonsurgical rhinoplasty. In the right hands, it is an extremely safe and effective way of straightening the appearance of a bump along the bridge of your nose. The filler gradually is absorbed by your body (Restylane or Juvederm Voluma), and your nose will return to its pre-treatment appearance. Restylane will generally last 6-9 months in the nose, and Juvederm Voluma has been shown in studies to last up to 2 years. The filler does stay semi-soft, so it is possible to move slightly. However, with normal amounts of pressure (washing your face) there will be no change in the appearance of the treated area. Warm regards
If you do boxing say after a month after the filling your nose is healed can you still do boxing like you won't get a infection if you sweat or if your sparing partner glove touches ur nose will the dirt of the boxing glove infect the nose as in get a reaction
Hi +Missy L, Dermal fillers during nonsurgical rhinoplasty can add volume and height, but they can not take away excess width - as in alar base reduction. Surgical alar base modification is necessary to create smaller nostrils. Warm regards, Dr. Yoo
+Dr. Donald B. Yoo (M.D.) awwh :( Because im so afraid once i get surgical procedure my nose could be easily damaged if i were to ever get into some kind of accident or have something slam onto my face haha
Hyaluronic acid fillers always remain semi-soft, so it is possible to indent it with firm, directed pressure. However it will not move a significant amount even with firm pressure. Warm regards
Hi +Sana Eltayeb, in my experience those types of devices are not effective in creating any permanent change. The safest and best way to create changes in the appearance of your nose are with nonsurgical or surgical rhinoplasty with a rhinoplasty specialist. Warm regards
vegas girl Especially for the nose, permanent materials such as Silikon 1000 carry with it some long-term potential risks and complications which I feel are unacceptably high for an elective cosmetic procedure. Foreign body reactions, granulomas, infection and migration of the filler material are a few of the potential complications. To me, for patients seeking permanent results, surgical rhinoplasty represents the safest and best option. Reversible fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm Voluma provide predictable, consistent results but in a safer manner when patients are ok with temporary results.
Dr. Donald B. Yoo Hello i am and always have been very insecure with my nose. i have slightly wider nostrils and in my recent adult years developed a slight bump on the bridge of my nose. My question is if there is a nonsurgical procedure that will make my nostrils more narrow ? I would very mutch like a consultation. Well thank you. Hope to hear back from you.
Hi +Angelica evangelista, the cost of the procedure will depend on the type of filler used (Restylane vs. Juvederm Voluma) and the number of syringes used. Please feel to contact my office for more details: info@donyoomd.com 310-275-2467. Warm regards

This Dr is handsome.
Would dermal fillers be suitable if you originally wanted an alarm base reduction surgery to just make your nostrils smaller? Thanks!!

Sorry! Another question. Can the filler move around if you was to squeeze your nose or touch it?
Hyaluronic acid fillers always remain semi-soft, so it is possible to indent it with firm, directed pressure. However it will not move a significant amount even with firm pressure.

is the nose up device useful ?

Why do some doctors say voluma last 6 months to 12? It's possible to last 2 years?
Hi Ash D,
The length of time it lasts will vary from patient to patient, but it may last up to 2 years.
