Remember guys, don’t study to get the highest mark but study to understand. It will improve long term memory and you won’t be depressed or disappointed when you don’t get top marks. It’s something this guy forgot so specify.
Facts. You will remember more as well as getting the big picture understanding which will give you the foundation to answer all questions of different variations. As well as giving it a purpose where you won't feel that what you're learning is pointless.
i billion per cent agreee with this. man this is so wise and so true. this helped me become one of the top students in my univ
He didn't forgot it,he simply is talking about how to be the best ACADEMICALLY ,and so for that you need to score high marks he said " academic weapon translates to being good at exam it doesn't mean who's the most intelligent "
If you want to be an academic weapon then you just not only need to understand but also score high 😊

Yessss❤❤❤
Exactly 7 days are left for my exams. Thankyou
Same here😂
How did you do
how was the exam
@@user-xq5hz2kq5m 1st one went really well, 4 more to go, thankyouu for asking!
@@bef3442 1st one went really well, 4 more to go, thankyouu for asking! how was yours?
I made the biggest academic comeback when I was finishing high school, C- student to B+ at the final exam. I didn't know how to read, any techniques etc, I just read. What I am trying to get at is that it mostly doesn't matter if you use the best or worst technique to read. What matters is that you are consistent with it. I passed because I read all the time and I wanted to read more than others. Once you are consistent you can apply the best techniques TLDR; Consistency trumps all academic secrets
this made me get full marks on a output test

Day 1- (Scheduling) Proactivly plan how to study for success.
Day 2- (Review) Go through notes & cut out distractions (NO PHONES)
Day 3- (Start with subjects you like) Print out practice questions and take effective notes.
Day 4- (medium classes) repeat day 3 with classes you feel so-so on.
Day 5- (hardest courses) Repeat days 3 & 4 with your HARDEST subject.
Day 6- Practice test on all subjects.
Day 7- Test day.
I didn't get it. How to study directly by practice questions? Without first reading the notes.. ?Can u elaborate what he said for day 2,3,4.. I didn't get it
From my understanding, you're supposed to read the notes all the notes you've taken so far. Day 3 is sumerizing these notes, make sure you study questions you know you will be tested on. (Work smarter not harder) :)@@champ4428
@@champ4428the way you can do it is approach the questions with atleast some understanding of the topic then get round to learning from the answers provided in the mark scheme and if you don’t still understand it, use notes this helps narrow down to things you don’t actually know then make bullet points of those answers(be it a bit more detailed to help yourself understand the next time you come back to it or just as is). This is for day 3.
Hope that helps!
With day 2 I guess he means familiarising yourself with the content.
@@iqrainstitution4365 thank you so much
0:17 Day 1: SCHEDULE UP THE WEEK
If u dunno what to do then u wont even do it
Day 2 : IMPLEMENT continuously
1:43 Day 3
Notes to be made - ONLY by REVISION
2:21 day 4 : Harder topic (makes other topics easy)
Day 5 : Hardest Topic
3:15 Day 6
Test urself on everything u studied that week
1. PLAN: Create your study plan, what are you going to study, when, for how many hours etc... 2. STRATEGY: Revise with practice questions following the plan, answering in bullet point form 3. DAY PREVIOUS EXAM: The day previous exam you will do a practice test, to test yourself if you know it.
goshhh thank u for this! this is amazing advice laid out perfectly with a proper schedule. im so tired of clicking on videos about academics and hearing the same "consistency is key" "Discipline" advice, hear me when i say watching this was so refreshing. thank u fr bro
This is low key real good advice and I do not usually say that
This got me top marks and passed all my procrastination exams.
Thanks a lot for this content ! This was the very first video that directly came to point , without a lot of nonsense involved..loved it ! I'm gonna watch it again in case I miss out something!
this is some really good advice, never heard it before.
from a less than average middle schooler to a top highschool student, its all in your mindset. No one can push you harder than yourself. You have it all in you already just use that motivation to get better grades
Your Content is amazing.
Side tip :- getting random info on the topic is very essential.
It improves your memory 10x

Exactly 8 days left till I write the hardest subject I hope this method works 🤞
I love this video! ❤ the only thing i don't agree with tho, is that your saying "its all about highest marks." or "It's all about the exam." I think school and studying is all about what you get from it for the furture...
I'll try this method and come back once a month to live a review:

This made me get full marks on ADHD test W
Thanks this us what I need now, but I have a question what do you do when you don't have environment with library, you are only limited to your house ? Please reply
Hi I'll try my best 🎉
tq bro ♡
I agree with a lot but disagree that you HAVE to get out of the house in order to focus better. That's true for many people, but not everyone. There are some people who focus much better at home.
This is exactly the case for me. I can't even focus on studying even when the library is completely silent because i just can't focus when there's people around. I feel much more at ease in my own room and are actually able to lock in while studying. Don't mention that sometimes i need to recite out loud the materials i'm studying and walk around in my room to help me memorise, which are really rude actions to be done in public places😂
Damn💫✨
thanks it helped my get 47/46 for my chromosome test
I need to come with better study techniques for exam.
I don't have a study environment what do I do??
Me, knowing that most of my professors in Uni won't give us past papers: 😅
bro am fr doing EVERYTHING except studying
tom is monday, i hv tests coming up so the whole week i will follow his advice and update if it works (writing this comment so i feel forced to do it)
Yeah plz update me 😊
Don't forget to update ❤ you got this!
aye secondddddd
my finals ended today and i have retake exams in 10 days.. let's see if it's working or not.
Hey can you make a video about actual uni work Igcse and levels were a breeze but finding it hard with uni any tips, advice?
Coming soon bro - tips from students at Harvard etc👀
Man I don't have local libraries and my school won't accept students inside it unless you the son/daughter of a teacher...
At home I get distracted with my siblings, the phone and games, what do I do??????? My current choice is by smashing my phone.
Hi! I would suggest investing in noise canceling headphones for your siblings, and completely shut off your phone and give it to a parent or sibling. You might also want to experiment with your environment - opening a window, cleaning up, less/more light. Overall, You want to spot yourself whenever you notice you’re going off-track. For study techniques if your attention span is short like mine, I’d suggest the Pomodoro Technique, Feynman Technique, and like-minded approaches. I hope this helps! Goodluck my friend :)
@@arandomperson4703 Thank you so much, I will definitely take on your advice :)
Gonna try my hardest, I believe I can do it even with ADHD
Man, with that name it's no wonder you're a Academic Weapon.
Can you offer study tips for economics
Thank you so much for these amazing tips!! But what if a student like me has no library around them? What do we do?
same like me, I study in my room. doors closed. windows open.😁
i guess just don't make your study space the same area you relax. i usually study sitting on the floor(cause chairs gave me back pain and i like the space i have) but i don't usually relax there. it makes you change your mindset and condition your brain into making one area about something and another area about something else, like how you wouldn't have an english lesson in a science lab.
@@zesu09 I'll definitely consider your advice. Thank you so much for you time!!
@@vanessa_xva tysm for the advice
What to do after 7 days, how to continue??
I watched this while studying and I’m blaming you for my lack of attention 😂😅
Ok, it was really good advice, but I don't have a library or anything where I live😭
my toxic personality trait is thinking I can follow this plan perfectly xD
Wow
Only if my school admissions wouln't be tommorow..
What to do when there's no library system in ur country 💔🙂...
so i have a resit exam on Thursday because i missed up and i never did good in math and i still dont understand anything i need some advice on how to study and understand math cuz its really messing up my gba and im trying to graduate with honours😭😭😭😭
Check out link in description bro :)
Is this only for one subject or multiple subjects, like I have 11 different subjects to revise and I have only one week left for the exam , what to do to finish all this
honestly same. what I'm going to do is calculate how much time I'm gonna be studying in and just divide it into periods to study every subject in in the same day
@@sawyeryall I did this too , I allocated two hours for each subject to study, and in the evening I solved topics about it
hi this is an amazing video but what do you recommend if you don’t know the content ?? aren’t notes necessary to understand ? i personally make flashcards of the content but idk what to do atp because i do bio chem and psych and there are gaps in my content so what do you recommend i can do.
Fill the gaps probably 😅 Take time out of your day for self study and fill the gaps. Even if u don't have time you need to make time
