There is photographic memory. It's very unusual, but it exists. The methods shown in here are traditional methods for improving memory. Interestingly enough, I have used all those methods since I was a kid, but I didn't learned them, they came to me naturally. I believe my brain was wired for memorizing lessons from birth. Even I am amazed at how easy I memorized things. I do not, however, have photographic memory

And if you want to trick your brain in developing it then you should try to be excited for learning anything new as brain always stores that type of new info.

Nah, he probably forgot he commented here after the training 😂 just a joke btw. It's impossible to develope a photographic memory but with training and proper nutrition and exercise one can improve their mental capabilities. One is called image readinf exercise where you have to look at 2 images at one time. Both are similar but with slight differences. Now you have to mentally superimpose them and find the differences. Similarly physical exercise is also important. So that brain can focus well. Try to not read and remember what you've read is how i started it. Been a month or so and it's already helping me. I did read history and i do remember a lot more due to the way i read and stored the info. So don't get down and focusing on concepts is most important. It's a good video NGL but a photographic memory, the title should be how to improve memory retention? I believe that photographic memory is a genetical trait... but a Sharp and good memory can be developed with proper exercises and consistency. @@letsseetofindout2560

2.01 Our brain remembers information through 3 factors - value(Intensity of Emotions), relation(Ability to easily getting connected this new information you read with existing information - Develop Interconnectedness) and repetition:
1)The stronger the emotion associated with the memory, the better our brain remembers it- Like making it Grand, Sad, Very happy, big, Sarcastic, Exageration. etc intense Also make it COLOURFUL,MOVING for better memory like Dancing elephant or pink dog.
2)Our brains are good at remembering things that we can relate to - MEMORY PALACE METHOD associate words with places in palace Eg. SDGs

3)The memory is strengthened through repetition- SIRIANNI - Repeat but by using flashcards, short notes only don't everytime re-read your full notes. Eg. I did this in 10th for remembering Nuclear, wind, hydro power plants and their capacity

Brother , you may buy and install a noise absorber in your room, basically we need to listen carefully your words , word by word. A Noise absorber absorbes the unnecessary sound and resounds, which may make your speech more cool

    Tricks to remember
1.make self questions while studying and answer them after a few minutes as active recall
2.associate new things with the things that u actually know or as a memorable story
    3. Picture flash cards break them to simpler things and repeat again

    Hi, teacher.
I know that I cannot create mental images clearly.
Which one is the correct way of visualization?
I would like to solely focus on the correct one that you use.
    1. We create a mental TV screen on the wall right in front of us and then see the pictures running there? Is it the correct one?
    2. We just directly form a mental image running in the brain. Is it the correct one?
    For example,
I want to see Messi, Ronaldo and I play for the same team together? Should I create a mental TV screen in my room right in front of me and then see us playing on that TV? Or I just form a mental video without create a mental TV?
For me both ways, the images and videos are not clear and easily to forget the picture or video I picture?
So, which one is the right one? I want to direct my attention and focus on your suggestion.
Any help is extremely and whole-heartedly appreciated

sounds like aphantasia -- the inability to create mental imagery.
there are plenty of methods of remembering things out there that dont involve creating 'mental pictures'.
active recall, spaced repetition, feyman method, just to name a few.
wish you the best on your learning journey

Practice past papers consistently if you get something wrong LOOK AT THE ANSWER then try again without looking, check answer again to see if it is right if you are wrong again, study and practice the theory and laws then continue like that, you don't have to necessarily copy it but if you feel it's right for you be my guest ✌🏽

Also A technique that is power is called visualization its like making a image in your head you have experience this before like for example you watched the news you don't remember the words but the pictures and images so visualization the Main reason or 1 of the main reasons why you cant remember stuff So if you master visualization all these technique will be easier to understand plus you can remember better

When I was second standard, the day before Tamil test i was trying to memorize dictation words. My was out in the medical shop so my father came to teach me. See ing me very much distracted he scolded me. 7years later, now I'm 9th grade and i still remember the dictation words.
(I describe it and remember it so perfect because it is attached to my emotion)

A practial suggestion to the viewers:
Whenever you see some video with step 1, 2, 3 methods, just don't watch it.
    1) It is useless.
    2) It is meant to waste your time. The knowledge is a compilation of some sources or some book. Not practiced before preaching. It is just like the motivation shit.
    3) It is just meant for entertainment purpose of you and earning for the channel owner.
    You - 0, Channel owner -1
Coming to this video, it is just waste of time. I bet not even 1% would achieve that photographic memory soon(forget 7day). Memory competition people practice it for months and years.
You don't have time to do that in your college time. Focus on practicing more. Result will come.
    You don't need photographic memory.
    Practice.
