Just gotta let the flex of the stick do all the work. You can basically use the same mechanics that someone would as a player and launch pucks with goalie sticks. Can also take note of all the goalies that have gotten goalie goals or gotten close and take notes from that.

What do you use to mount your gopro? All the ones I’ve tried haven’t worked
I use the 3-way helmet strap from gopro, works well
1 years without put the gloves, i still have the mimics and the reflex when i see this video
