4:14 I just realized my barber sections my hair wrong. I always thought that some of my hair would flop to the opposite side because it was too thick but it was actually my barber's fault this whole time.
This was extremely informative. You've summarized what I couldn't explain in the past. I've had the hard part way too high on the top, and now I know why. Next time, I'm going to explain your instructions to the barber fully. The undercut is one of the best haircuts out there. You really do know what you're talking about.
Yes I would like to see videos 5 times a week ! I’m trying to learn to style and cut my boys hair and my husbands hair ... I have been doing it for almost a year but I want to get better at it so please yes ! I don’t care if it’s 1 minute long , any little info helps ! I’ve been following your techniques as best as I can 😩
I would watch your videos 20 times a week! You're so easy to understand, and your instructions are very clear.I cut my own layered haircut with a "v" back and a side part. The only trick I need is how to cut my hair from the part so that it "wants" to fall away from the part equally on each side of my part. Thank you,Steven!
I have a problem with parting every time. My barber asks where I want to part and I never really know but it always gets done too far to the side or rather too low and then part of my hair falls over and I have to constantly adjust it. This helped me a lot because sometimes it can be hard to verbalize what I want.
Really loved the long thick hair styling video. More of those please. Even little short tío videos for that style. Currently growing out my hair and it’s a challenge but your styling video sure helped.
Mate 6:00 "barbers" have cut my length even further and higher toward my bangs than that point. I legit wanted to tell them to just buzz the rest of my head
When I was trying to grow my hair out I asked for a clean up to simply cut off the split ends. The bitch ended up shaving like 70% of my sides. An entire year of hair growth just gone.
Sp1x First of all, go to the hair salon and be very clear and make sure that it doesn’t get cut off too short no matter what and be very strict/careful/protective about it, and also bringing a ruler can help, and definitely bring it if it’s more than just split ends. If you’re just getting the damage/split ends cut off and show exactly how much, and then be very explanatory, detailed, etc./what I said earlier, and also even show pictures and explain everything those in detail and the exact length and everything.
Love your channel, Its the only hair channel I follow. This video gave me the courage to take my self done undercut a bit higher on both sides than usual, definitely helps keep the hair from falling down, so thanks! P.S Your hair looks awesome
Good explaining and demonstrating, dude! Parting hair is extremely important. I loved when you said "thier hair butchered"; hilarious and true. I've seen many butchered hair cuts. Hahahah!
Would you possibly have any tips for an undercut for curly wavy hair? I know it seems like undercuts are only for straight hair people, but I've seen some really nice undercuts with curly hair.
I'm doing my own hair and the hardest part for me is doing the parting of my hair. I am not experienced this is my first time technically by myself soo hopefully I don't mess up 🙏
Thank you so much for this Video! You literally saved my mother-son-relationship! Soon my son has a very important day and he asked me to do an undercut. I knew, if I screw this up he'll hate me at least for the next 10years (he's 15 so yes, he would be this dramatic!). But thx to your video and tips he's very happy! (I do see some things that you as a pro might declare a little bit as a crime, but it would have end up way worse if not for your tips!) So thank you! From me and a very happy "Viking"
So last year i was growing my hair out for about 5 months at that time and i went to my regular barber and said that i just want the ends to be trimmed so it would be even. He wasn't listening to me at that time and straight up started shaving the sides of my hair and gave me an uneven under cut like that at 6:10 i was so shocked and after that i never went to that shop again. God. Months of growing out hair wasted.
Yes 5 time a week ! Also if you could make more videos about middle split haircuts or type of haircuts with tin straight hair I want to give my hair some texture but it’s almost Impossible to work with my type of hair !
Had the problem of my barber shaving my widows peak when I asked for a line up. I had to grow it out for 6 months, good thing it was during the pandemic.
Make a video about the Japanese mullet hairstyle that look spiky everywhere, I know they use a straightener and other stuff but not always. They're hairstyles always has so much texture and gives out a breezy and stylish vibes, not asking for anime hairstyles, they don't work, the normal ones
I can't get a symmetrical hair part if I part it parallel to the arch of the eyebrows. Comparable to 7:22 in the video. I would have to place the part at the beginning of the eyebrow to make it symmetrical (like at 7:11 in the video) Which of the two options should I pick? Higher but clean parting or lower but a bit uneven?
If your head shape overall allows it, you should go a little higher, I have a long face, so I cannot go much higher or it'll look even more oblong than usual, I think you should try to shift the part entirely to the other side to see if that's the case on both sides of your hair or just one side, I part my hair on one side, then on the other side the other day and I've noticed how my hair naturally parts when parted on each side so I tell my barber to cut the side depending on that info
Can you make yet ANOTHER undercut video regarding how to cut the "bangs" for someone who ONLY wears their undercut to ONE specific side? thanks. also, he has cowlicks on the back top SIDE, right where the horseshoe area is cut at the edge of the U.. wondering if the cowlick should be grown out and incorporated into the hair.. or if it should continuously be buzzed down short. he's going for an undercut specifically because of these cowlicks making all other hairstyles nearly impossible.
2:05 a tips for you guys to know your natural hair part is to shake your hair few times and your hair will split naturally in the right position or you can ask someone or go to the barber and tell him to look at your hair from the top and he will tell you from where you hair grows and another tip which is the easiest just comb your hair to right side and if your hair keep fighting back and keep falling and separate to the left side then the left side is your natural part.
What videos do you have about if you should have bangs? And yes 5 times a week would be great! Also maybe rather than bangs a part in the middle...thanks Salon Guy for all the great videos :)
Hey Stephen. Does the Crafted Blow Dry Cream provide a thickening/fuller feel to the hair? Ik it provides volume. I have fine hair so I truly desire the aspects I asked about. Planning to combine that with the 25 Spray. Thoughts? I’ve been utilizing Kevin Murph Anti-Gravity which I love, but I want to change things up. Thanks for the videos and keep up the great work !!
I wish I'd found this at Christmas. Had incredibly long hair and shaved it off and now I've completely ruined my part, don't even know how to fix any of it
is that long diagonal section good for asian hair, for people who still want a square shape on the sides and have it connected on the other side? just so you cna build more weight so the hair doesnt stick up? but they will be limited to that same style
uhhh is it normal my natural part is on the middle of my head... i get like a perfect straight line in the middle of my head but I don't wanna do middle part.
Your natural Central part might be because you once did a middle part at some age you may not remember, I once did that and now usually my hair try to split in the middle when they're long and wet, but the best way to counter that is to change your part from left to right to left to right after every hair wash, this worked for me and I never used a blow drier or any product in my hair, and now my natural part is on both sides of my hair where I part my hair, it's helped me and I hope it'll help you faster if you have a drier and take care of your hair
@@killculator8124 I think you'll be able to fix it by doing what I suggested, it worked for me and there's no harm in trying, remember, I fixed mine in about 3 months without any products or instruments, you'll do it in one if you have them, moreover I carried that middle part for about full 2 months too, and I came back from that, I think this proves that hair are flexible and will learn to not do middle part just as easily as they learnt to do it in the first place, and I believe changing your handle frequently will make it less prone to thin or recede from that specific part since you're not overdoing that in the long run
Hey I got a question, I have a side part but instead of having a natural side part the barber cut a line and it doesn't match up with the corner of my eyebrow what do I do? How can I fix it?
