Just wondering; if I start Off Ice training now, do you think it would be good practice for when I start On Ice training when my ice rink opens eventually? I'm a beginner and I want to start doing it for fun. I'm already 12 so I know I won't be as good as other skaters who started younger than me but it's always great to have a hobby. 🙂
Hi! Off Ice is a big help for On Ice. I skated a few years back and am going to start again. We aways did Off Ice before every On Ice training. It really helps with the movements. A spinner is also nice to have for Off Ice pirouette training 😍

yes I am glad I was able to figure out how to record the class!
This pandemic isn't effecting me that badly, only because I sprained my foot ankle 1 year ago. And it feels like im only 90% recovered from it. I can jump walk, run and put weight on it now, but comparing to how STRONG I was in my foot before my accident on the ice. Well, I know it hasn't fully healed yet. It is just sad i can't excersice and train up my muscles again while skating.

Hi! I have a question, but it hasn't anything to do with this video.. Can girls wear black ice skates? Yes i do know they can but for lessons and stuff.. Is it allowed? Or is it too "manly" like not in the "normal" gender rules..
