Container washing system Highline type DLWA 400. This ONE-TANK CLEANING SYSTEM is an impressive solution for the thorough cleaning and blowing off of 350 to 400 crates per hour.
Features of this unit:
- High-quality design: the machine housing of the Highline is completely double-walled, sound and heat insulated. It is manufactured in one piece and completely welded, which not only increases durability but also reduces energy consumption.
- User-friendly nozzle arms: The stainless steel nozzles in the nozzle arms can be removed and cleaned without tools. The nozzle arms are forcibly positioned with the aid of numbering, which facilitates maintenance and assembly.
- Practical infeed table or roller conveyor in the discharge area: The infeed table has a length of 1500 mm with a filter system for coarse dirt collection.
The discharge area has a gravity roller conveyor with 90° bend for black/white separation of the cleaned containers and conveying to the crate store.
- Flexible throughput: The machine allows both a crosswise throughput of the containers, which significantly increases the throughput capacity. The containers are conveyed through the washing tunnel at a distinct angle, which significantly reduces water carry-over and visibly improves the drying result when a blower module is used.
- Adjustable throughput height: The throughput height can be quickly adjusted to customer-specific items to be washed. Height adjustment is effortless with easily adjustable hold-downs, which allow quick presetting to the respective crate/container type thanks to the scaling.
- Efficient cleaning: A powerful stainless steel centrifugal pump operates in the main wash zone with high circulation and strong washing pressure to achieve thorough results.
- Easy maintenance: For larger amounts of dirt, there is an external filter tank (optional) with removable filter boxes that can even be cleaned during the cleaning process.
- Various heating options: The tank washing system is equipped with electric tank heating (2x 10 kW), but can optionally be operated with steam directly or via heat exchanger.
- Blow-off tunnel: Depending on the desired blow-off result, you can optionally add a blow-off tunnel in different power levels.
