Efficient industrial washing system Type DLWA-GB for the continuous cleaning of 40-60 large containers (paloxes), standard trolleys (cutter trolleys) and plastic pallets per hour.
Despite its dimensions and multifunctional design, the tunnel washer takes up very little space, as it was designed with the aid of a driven 90° conveyor belt across the corner. Thanks to this L-shaped modular design, the main washing zone is not in line with the rinsing zone.
A very special feature of the industrial washing system is the integration of a swivelling device for large boxes, which helps to prevent water carry-over. The residual water collected in this way is returned to the wash tank by a feed pump and reused. A double-walled, sound- and heat-insulated machine housing contributes to energy-saving cleaning.
