That was wonderful to watch, on a number of levels - not least because the camerawork was so evocative of the real experience as I remember it (at a lesser scale, it has to be said - 30 was my biggest 'way' but we were all working at (or just beyond) the very edge of our proven abilities . . . . and that's how this wonderful sport just grows and grows and changes. Thank you, and Blue Skies.
People don’t really realize how much ground dancing goes into the preparation for an event like this. Getting everyone together at the same time to practice is harder that getting everyone’s schedule cleared to do the actual event! Great video!
I miss it so much. My favorite jumps were during a fall day near sunset a hop and pop and set my parachute on a Western heading. Then turn back toward the airport and then turn back west. Some of those containers are beautiful. Congratulations everyone.
My first static line was 1965 in the UK ... onwards to PC’s, and Squares. Dragon Rapides, Jackaroo, DC3’s but the Short Skyvan was the best. 18,500 was our max. QUESTION-: What altitude were these jumps from? I see they have oxygen.

Always blows my mind skydiving and skydiving media doesn't get more attention. It's so fascinating and fun!!
+1. I can't believe some of the videos I've found with less than 1,000 views. Incredible.
I used to skydive..
