This will allow you to fully experience the authentic gameplay of Black Myth: Wukong. Once you’ve finish the game, that’s the perfect time to explore mods, add new elements, and have even more fun experimenting. Enjoy the journey first, then enhance it later!
Unrelated but I wanted to ask what do I need to do to enable the True dasheng(wukong stance) mod? I downloaded the mod and equipped full armor + staff. What am I missing?

I ended up getting a 4070 super pc a month before Wukong and nvidia gave me a free code for Wukong, everything on cinematic 1080p and global illumination on high runs gorgeous, definitely wait for a good deal
I have been a console player for years, back in the day consoles actually performed well on AAA games. Somehow nowadays all consoles kinda all became Nintendo Switch( overall switch got some amazing games tho).

I'm definitely going to be installing a few of these for my NG+ run. The map and the item tracker is a must just to get through some of the more tedious parts quicker. I normally don't bother with NG+ in most games, but there's just so many cool secrets, hidden bosses, and extra equipment (plus of course the added difficulty) in NG+ that I wanna finish at least a 2nd playthrough. (I don't know about 4 lol) Plus, there were a few things I missed and I might as well go for the platinum after this much time put into the game.
@nugzmedallion8929 don't hold your breath for added difficulty. I never died on ng+. Currently, chapter 3 in ng++ still haven't died since first playthrough.

I still enjoy the game enough to get my Platinum though; it bugs me that I went out of my way to find secrets and still missed some, plus I have to go through NG+ in order to complete every armor set any damn way. It's just quite unfortunate that they couldn't properly scale up the enemy difficulty for each subsequent Cycle after the first. I will admit that it is kinda fun to just utterly destroy bosses that gave me a real hard time the first time I fought them but I can see myself getting bored of that relatively quickly. At least we should be getting some DLC early next year if the rumors are credible.
So glad i grabbed this game on PC instead of PS5. The better graphics and fps alone makes it worth it but the mods is what make the game 10x better with more features that should have been in the game by default. The modders are really doing god's work by giving this game more mechanics and replayability and it's barely one month since release, more cool things are on the way.
Still think that the secret areas were originally planned as full chapters but then been cut down to what we have now because they had to release the game. That would also fit with some rumors about different amounts of chapters

It was supposed to be 13 Chapters, but they cut it down to 6 because they were pressured to release it by their investors. They were short on time and money. But now that they've earned enough funds, they're finishing off the game with 2 more DLC releases. I believe that was shown on a disclaimer on Game Science's official page for Black Myth.
i believe it was very crucial for the devs and decision makers to TAKE OUT THE MAP for BMW, it is for the gamer experience and it worked well. Giving it a map makes it ubisoft boring.
i think it should have had a paper in game map that is drawn as you go, but not fine detailed. Just because its like random, oh this is invisible wall, this isnt, this is, etc. As a way to see if you missed some place to explore.
That's absolute chaos fun. I would love to play an arena mod that has you face waves and bosses of increasing difficulty and hell maybe include even multi-player to play with a friend
I want a mod that allow me to spawn just a few steps from a boss without the respawning animation at the shrine. Just let me retry a fight as fast as possible without wasting my time.

Nah you need the remove invisible walls mod, I'd say it's a must have, been flying around on the earlier chapters and basically get stuck most of the time without it.
Really wish i could use some of these mods, but im on ps5, i hope with the future dlc they officially add the somersault cloud option in all chapters !
They probably have strict timelines and bureaucratic red tape that stops them for doing certain things, unlike modders who are relatively free from those types of obstacles

Some of the mods features should be in the game alrdy like the Minimap ( sometimes struggling to find the right path ) and also at least when you beat the game for the 3rd time give the Wukong stance permanently and not only by fokus points and for 1 Minute. But i can feel that the DLC that is coming bring us maybe the features we are missing. For me this game is GOTY!! Thanks to the mods!!
Nothing is a missing feature, mods its just something extra added, everything it's as intended on the base game extra recommendation if you do wish to use mods, at least fully play once without it for the bmw experience

@@julienckjm7430 it’s dependent on each mod, but all of them have an installation guide. It’s very easy, you just need to copy the files over and have the 1 or 2 dependencies. A child could do it.
I don't think minimap is a missing feature. I think it is deliberately not included so to improve immersion and I wholeheartedly agree with this decision.
Players complain about how easy it is to find stuff in games, all the hand holding with everything marked. Then proceed to make mods that does exactly that lol. The beauty of souls like games is the exploration and stumbling into bad situations or hidden enemies or find hidden loot.
Map mod, sounds lame. Its part of the game. Just like any other soul game of god of war style. Look for them item and secrets. Dont be lame. And higher drop rate ?? 😂😂 all of these sounds like skill issues.

I'd also recommend the subtitle size and outline mod, makes the subtitles more readable and has been a godsend for me
My favorite mod is the mod that lets you equip any equipment and have any perks just by having one piece of armor

most of those mods reduces the fun of exploration. Only thing good is minimap WITHOUT resource points.
I find it weird you cant Throw your staff like a boomerang like in the First Trailers. Only Final Boss can do it, which its a missing move set.
