Be open to listening . Listening without judging is the one skill which makes us understand everything from the root level. 4. Do your proper research before starting anything new. Future of this industry is also not much covered. The answer was generic, not satisfactory. 3. Where does he see his brand in next 20 years with the changing trend? 4. How did he get so much money to open 63 stores? Did he raise money as loans from banks? 5. With such an open market, a small time player is also able to sell Sarees at competitive prices, how do they tackle this and win more customers? 6. What happens to the stock which was bought long back and if the design has become old, how are they able to sell and make money? 7. Every customer who comes to shop asks for new designs every time, how can they satisfy them? What’s the trick? 8. What’s their expense for each store X what’s the income? Many more business questions.. Suggestions: 1. Asking about his watch was ok. You said you don’t want to know the price, but again you asked will it be 10-20 lakh etc? It was not required. Ending became a little silly with this personal question. 2. Asking about his designer dress & price also not required. Understand that you are trying to give a message to audience that some day they can also buy these if they work hard and succeed, but those questions were not required because he already mentioned about his fashion sense so viewers can catch it without knowing in depth.

1. You could have asked about their procurement strategy from the weavers.
2. Future of this industry is also not much covered. The answer was generic, not satisfactory.
3. Where does he see his brand in next 20 years with the changing trend?
4. How did he get so much money to open 63 stores? Did he raise money as loans from banks?
5. With such an open market, a small time player is also able to sell Sarees at competitive prices, how do they tackle this and win more customers?
6. What happens to the stock which was bought long back and if the design has become old, how are they able to sell and make money?
7. Every customer who comes to shop asks for new designs every time, how can they satisfy them? What’s the trick?
8. What’s their expense for each store X what’s the income?
Many more business questions..
Suggestions:
1. Asking about his watch was ok. You said you don’t want to know the price, but again you asked will it be 10-20 lakh etc? It was not required. Ending became a little silly with this personal question.
2. Asking about his designer dress & price also not required.
Understand that you are trying to give a message to audience that some day they can also buy these if they work hard and succeed, but those questions were not required because he already mentioned about his fashion sense so viewers can catch it without knowing in depth.
Bro you did better research of questions than the interviewer I feel. I feel he takes this feedback and do a part 2 for this

Genuine, honest and open talk. Excellent video. Very inspiring journey of prasad sir. I thought it would be boring too long but even two hours is not enough, still wanted to hear more.
