Texas Constitutional Carry is horrible. There are to many restrictions/fines that will remove your right to carry or even own a weapon for years. It's almost like a setup to take even more rights from you. An LTC is still best.

It's just re-election bait. It doesn't appear to actually be a useful law for gun owners.
