    Hi Lance I wanted to tell you that a few months back I asked you about slow-to-recover hydraulic pressure and slow loader on a 2130 and per your video advice what I did was take out the filter bypass valve and just clean it nicely because it seemed slimely and also work it back and forth 50 times and the result was that the loader seems to work really good with normal speed. Its coming to winter here in Canada and those freezing temperatures turn tranmission oil into molasses and hydraulic probelms are magnified. Its normal during minus 20 weather to let the tractor warm up 15 mintues and some people use a magnetic heater on their transmission housing. So thanks for the videos and advice.

    Thanks for the video. I have an old 1979 Kubota M7500DT that I can see an internal leak that looks to be coming out near the fall rate valve (3PL doesn't lift at all). When I move the lift lever, the leak gets faster (full flow). So while this is not a Kubota, it still gives me some idea. By the way, the best thing I ever did was buy a cordless impact gun with 5 point impact sockets. Absolutely magic!

    Curious to know what supplies thag cyl with its pressure? Is it from a external hose going into the side? I'm working on a 1973 920. And I don't think I'm getting any pressure to anything besides my steer cylinder

    • @BundyBearsShed
      @BundyBearsShed  8 месяцев назад +1

      The pressure comes up through the gearbox housing on the front rh side of the lift cover.

    Hello. The speed of raising the rear jack is slow, but when the steering wheel is turned quickly, the speed of the rear jack increases. What is the reason? I did not change the rock shaft needles either

      Look at the steering pressure priority valve for sticking.

    Good morning
    I have one problem with my John deere 2250. I replaced the high pressure hydraulic pump (front) and the handbrake and now the lift won't go down. Power steering works and hydraulic outputs, jack goes up but not down. I tried adjusting the throttle on the backpack in the cabin but nothing helps. What could be the reason? do you know how to deal with it? And what is the method to bleed the foot brakes in such a system?

    • @BundyBearsShed
      @BundyBearsShed  Год назад +1

      When you put the top cover back on did you line up the cam track and its follower so it rubs on the roller? With the brakes run the tractor for a while hook both pedals together then bleed one side at a time.

    • @wojciechskowronek5739
      @wojciechskowronek5739 Год назад

      @@BundyBearsShed I fixed the elevator, the reason was the wrong position of the lever in the cabin. Only now I have a problem with power hydraulics. The front pump is new and it happens as the tractor works for 30 minutes, the power steering stops working and there is no oil in the expansion tank. And I still can't bleed the brakes because the oil is not reaching the pump. And on the pressure gauge it shows 250 bar and that's too much. If possible, I could share a video with a detailed description.

    Hi Lance, my 40 series won't lift the arms. I had to leave the mole plough in the ground! All other hydraulics working fine, and high pressure to the SCV. Linkage to the rock shaft housing also good. Any ideas? Cheers

    • @BundyBearsShed
      @BundyBearsShed  2 года назад

      If SVCs and steering etc works fine I would pop the hydraulic cover off for a look. You may have a leaky surge relief valve or a split cylinder or something like that. Can you see the oil spraying everywhere when you look in the rear oil filler cap?

      @@BundyBearsShed I had another look, and fiddled with the adjusting selector lever, moving it from max to min, then to the centre position, while the control lever was in the low position. Tried it again and now it's working!

    I use a John Deere 830 with similar technology. The problem is that the hydraulics sporadically drop or drop, then rise again, etc. . As I said, the problem occurs sporadically, regardless of whether the oil is warm or cold. Do you have any idea what this could be?

    • @BundyBearsShed
      @BundyBearsShed  3 года назад +1

      I would try and run through all of the adjustments, something must be sticking.

      In Australia we have ring spanners and open end spanners we dont have wrenches at all except for the plumbers tool called the pipe wrench. Your adjustable Cresent wrench is a shifting spanner over here or commonly known as a "Shifter".
