The gold USA tour 50th anniversary model was one of the weirdest models Hornby made. They gave all the metal parts a golden finish that would rub off if you run it, yet put a motor and other working parts in it. Hornby makes a TT set called "The Scotsman" yet it includes 2550 Blink Bonny. There is a TT Flying Scotsman sold separately as product code TT3004M Dapol is coming out with a new run of N scale Flying Scotsman which you can currently pre-order. 2S-011-010 is a set with matching coaches You can also find a bunch of random stuff with the Flying Scotsman on it from the National Railway museum's gift shop.
Considering how more big engines being made is placed on how well Rebecca sells, and considering she's hardly selling, I wouldn't get my hopes up... unfortunately, I would've loved to see scotsman by bachmann.
Should see my Flying Scotsman collection.... I've got that 50th Anniversary one too, got second hand but still not been run. Lives in a display case as its too pretty to be hidden. Mostly Hornby, Tri-ang and Corgi for mine. Love to have the Hornby Thomas Flying Scotsman but here in the UK it costs more then my 50th Anniversary one.
I always forget Hornby made a Thomas themed Flying Scotsman
Yay another collection video of my favourite steam loco of all time.
Awesome video jaabo
Hats off for pulling it out of the box🚂🚃🚃🙋

I do wish they would release Flying Scotsman as a Thomas character for Bachmann someday. But I don’t know if that’s gonna happen any time soon.

This guy:
Your grandson must not go near these rare models, except for the wooden and trackmaster ones
You should try and get an o gauge one
How much did all this cost
I have the Flying Scotsman and support coach pack from hornby, only 500 made.
