韓式燉牛肋肉 Korean Braised Beef Short Ribs ( Galbi Jjim )
ingredients:
Thick Cut Beef Short Ribs 厚切牛肋肉 (連骨) 1000g
Onion 白洋蔥 280g
White Turnip 白蘿蔔 600g
Carrot 紅蘿蔔 220g
Sauce 汁
Light Soy Sauce 生抽 120g
Dark Soy Sauce 老抽 25g
Brown Sugar 黑糖 100g
Water 水 500ml
Garlic 蒜頭 50g
Ginger 薑 25g
Rice Wine 米酒 25g
Salt 鹽
Ground black pepper 黑胡椒碎
Green Scallions 蔥花
Red Chili pepper 紅辣椒

This is one of my family's favorite Korean dishes 👍. 我通常加韓國梨汁(blend爛隔渣,不過貴,用大陸南水梨都得)落去炆啲牛肋骨. 淨係個汁同啲蘿蔔都餸到幾碗飯😋

可以的話麻煩係畫面加準備時間同做法等關鍵字,唔好只係打d畫外音。你d影片通常skip 曬準備時間,見你三個字教完以為好快,但到煮先中伏,例如牛肋骨要浸45分鐘,又原來要用壓力煲;成家等開飯跟住你煮先見到呢個step 要45分鐘,個個魯肉飯又要mun 80分鐘,泰國雞浸55分鐘⋯你呢個餸又隔汁又浸又壓力煲,即係前後煮咗接近三個鐘,中午食飯之後就要準備,唔係全家問候我呀
