Don’t avoid the tequila. Find yourselves a nice blanco, reposado and Añejo just to have on hand. Great for sipping and making fun cocktails as well. They are a nice change of pace from whiskey. Try to avoid the celebrity brands for the most part and don’t always fall for a pretty bottle. Try to search out additive free brands for the most authentic flavors.
