I was camping in wonnagatta one year. One morning, i went for a fish and was standing on a tree trunk that had fallen across the river. After a while I noticed something to my left and there was a wild dog maybe 10 m away, its head just pearing over the tall grass. Then I see another dog cross the river further up heading toward me. My first thoughts were holy fk im going to get bailed up here either side of this log. I jumped off the log so damn quick into river throwing river stones back toward the dog closest to me, shouting as loud as I could. I thankfully got back to camp in one piece!

When I lived off grid next to a state forrest, once I crashed off a ravine, due to a stuck throttle, and when I came back to recover the vehicle it had been vandalised. Many vehicles were dumped and torched along the tracks regularly. One day while returning home in the dark, 2 4wd's were ripping it up on a mound beside the road. One vehicle was facing me with all there spotties on even a roof mounted light bar. It was blinding me for 1km along this straight. I repeatedly flashed my highbeams to alert them to the inconsideration, then tooted as I went past. They both then pursued me with lights blaring, tailgating and dangerous driving. I had to lose them before my driveway to escape the 2 car loads.

The disappearance was blamed on wild dogs. So it all got swept under the carpet. Totally memory holed.

Victoria Cafasso, Nancy Grunwoldt, and only last year another overseas tourist, Celine Cremer went missing with only her car found. Maybe the perpetrator has been to , is from Tasmania. I do hope the relevant investigators are liaising with each other , maybe a check of passenger lists around these times might find a link?

some impartial observations: Becker was an experienced trekker.. he went out solo. (unwise) could have been a snake bite. Whitlock was 72 - who the heck gets up at 3am to drive out to a remote bush track? and surely to god you would at least leave a note for your wife in case she woke up? Prideaux was a prison boss who goes missing in deer hunting season and there is no foul play? interesting assumption.. nothing to support that theory besides a coroners report sayin he died of natural causes despite no body being found. that one smacks of foul play.. and the lack of logic for the 72 year old.. very questionable.. was he called in the night and asked to come out?
