It's impressive how much you covered in so little time. Very well done. Perhaps piano matching and smearing could find their way into a future video for those slab seekers.
pogo is a great technique, not only for generating momentum, but also to inhibit momentum, for example on downward moves, or bad holds when you need a quick match before going further!
This was such a complete video. I was looking to improve my technique for bicycle, as I'm terrible at it, but I watched the whole video and it was all great! I don't see the smear around much when I'm at the gym and I'll definitely practice that. Thanks for the video!
One technique you have actually missed is clamping down with both feet (most often in a frog like position) on say a pinch-style hold, useful when the handhold itself isn't good enough to hold you on the wall with one foot.

At 1:16, what he calls an outside flag, AFAIK, is a back flag (or rear flag). Outside flag (or side flag) is what he called "basic flag".
Great video. All things I wish I knew when I started out and a few tips I could take with me even now.
Hmmm, perhaps i need to be Pogo'ing instead of violently swinging my upper body into throws....nice one thanks for the tips!

Thanks for this videom really appreciate the short but valuable lessons here
Incredibly informative video, I'm off to the climbing wall right now to try it all out, thank you so much for helping us one more day
Yesterday I did my first (conscious) dropknee. I was amazed at the extra reach and stability it gave me.
I’ve got a specific problem in mind at the gym to practice what you were saying about toe hooks 😄 Thanks for the great technique tips!
thank you for the help
Wow, thank you so much for these!!
Awesome, thank you for the tips!
Excellent video.
Thank you, much appreciated.
such a great video ! it's really helpful ! thank you
Brilliant! THANK YOU!
well done :) i m questioning myself, is overgripping worth enough, to be in this video? Is it a technique?
Is "hold onto the holds" a technique?
question yourself one more time and see what happens
Love this video thank you!❤🎉
This is great!
I think pushing/pressing with the palms is also an important technique (and mantling)
Love these two. No funny business
fantastic
Thank you!
Me and my boy just leaned loads were new to Bouldering
nice
Was my chance to be in a lattice video but I didn't spot myself in the background :(
figure four could be added
There is definitely way more foot swapping techniques than 4!
knee bar
"Inside flag is the one coming from inside of your body" -- I am trying to understand this and honestly I can not.
Tibialis anterior has left the chat #shin😅
You forget knee bars
Dyno before pogo is kinda strange
guys... you forgot fig4
Michael Jackson with them feets. 😅
Jamming?
Roll*
Not role.
Crimping is so old school
Supposedly Beginner to Advanced, and yet it's talking about "flags" without explaining what they are. Thumbs down.
good stuff. a word of advise. be careful with your feet being stock in between two holds. if you take a fall, you risk your ankle to go kaput.
Love this video thank you!
