If that came from the supplier data please double check with them - usually encapsulates can't tolerate high shear at all or if high shear, for a very short period only otherwise it breaks the beads. Please double check with the supplier specific to the material.

So it is ok to use high shear, silverson homogenizer, with vegabeads?
No - it will break your beads. Low shear only!
The Institute of Personal Care Science the screenshot you posted says shear stable range is 0 to high shear so I wanted to double check.
