You keep putting my heart aflutter with each home you design and build!! The kitchen in this one caused me to swoon and faint. I really love the glossy subway tiles as a backsplash and the colors you choose are so perfect!! I think I love every home you do.

You should put in the square footage and the price of the house. At least it gives people an idea what it would cost to build this sort of type of house. You might even get some customers!
I really don't understand why he doesn't put the prices of the homes. He is making videos to sell homes and the people really interested are either going to like the price or not. His market is people really interested in these homes not the onlookers. Give us a price and sq ft please.

Modern times as for modern pantries with no wiring shelves. Clients should have the choice of adjustable pantries; something like Ikea systems. Love your homes Mike!
Not what I would want in a master bathroom but it’s laid out like ours. So now I have an idea of how to do our renovations!!!
If I had ever had this house built the only thing I would change is the size of the second garage and I would make the pockets in the showers bigger so I could store more soap

All that wood for the deck will be a problem some day in the near future. Composite is much better, but a higher cost upfront.
Is there no tub in the master bath? Seems odd.
Could the client select tiles only throughout the house or their are some specifications? I live in a tropical Island and don't know why people prefer hardwood floors when they can install tiles. Can it be because of the weather?
Tiles cost twice as much :-)

Mike, I thought a tandem garage was a two-car garage (double garage), but built so that one car parks in front of the other, is there a new definition?

I like everything but the master bath and the kitchen isn't very impressive (I like large, grand kitchens) Also some of the wainscoting isn't centered properly which would infuriate me if I was the client

That's not a tandem garage. In a tandem, you have one vehicle parked in front of another.

It Varies but you can figure in the mid 300s
Mike Palmer Homes, Inc. wow!! I live in New Hampshire, very close to the borderline of Massachusetts, and the homes here are selling for around that price, less square footage, less bedrooms, and very dated..... reason why I haven’t purchased a house here. 😞

It would be nice to see a safe proper kitchen with the kitchen triangle in place. The stove, sink, and frig are suppose to be the triangle with no objects or pass-throughs. This has the counter in the way where you can hit your hip on the side and a doorway where someone can walk thru and cause an accident to the cook and themselves. And what disgusting person wants a sink in the island for it to be on display as the center piece of the kitchen and germs to spread where people can sit and eat. Sooooo gross.
That microwave is ugly

The closer you look the more little details are just off. If I was the client I wouldn’t be happy.

Cheap houses put micro over stove. Need range hood. Why white cabinets? Sink sucks , sorry house just 1980's I stopped watching when you left kitchen
