    Perfect timing with this video. I've recently started to manage 100 unbroken in training (in a fatigued state) and I've got delusions of adequacy that I'll manage it this weekend in Malaga. So I'll keep your tips in mind - and if my cardio is bust by the time I get to the last run, I'll slow down in the hopes that it'll help get me through the 100.

    Thanks for the video !
    Wallballs is clearly one of the hardest if not the hardest station ! Underestimated because doing a few isn't a problem, but after 8 Km and 7 stations it's not the same exercise.
