    within first 10 seconds knew you were a real one with saying body responds best to variation. Its why so many runners get injured! No variety! Great stuff!

    Hyrox is not a proper sport. Will be forgotten about in 5 years. Spend your years on a real sport that means something

      @FittestAthletics it won't last forever. It's a cool race and that but it'll never be in the Olympics will it 😅

      Were you in the Olympics? How many gold medals in your collection....? Obviously no answer required, we know the answer. So then, if you're not in the Olympics and only a spectator, what difference does it make if people compete in a sport not yet there? Like people can't train for an Ironman, or CrossFit or an ultra otherwise....You must not have learned it is the person that gives meaning to the activity, not the other way around knucklehead. 😅
