      It's your 🔑. Buy a replacement body for the 🔑. If the ir leds don't line up just right you'll have those problems. Usually the key body gets worn down and causes the optical communication to fail.

    Not bad, but fairly rookie. First, this is a bumper cover being removed, not a bumper. You do not need to remove the bottom plastic grill covers at all and this is not part of the MB WIS instructions... and the way they are removed in this video is a good way to break them. They should NEVER ever be pried off. To remove them properly, you do it by releasing the top clips from the INSIDE of the bumper cover. You can access the two lower bumper cover bolts from under the car without removing that cover. You should also remove the wiring harness from the fog lamps, side marker lamps and temperature sensor BEFORE pulling the bumper cover, unless you want to tear the wires loose from the connectors and damage the wire seals.If you removed the harness first, this is easily a one man job.

      Scott, Did you contribute a Video performing this same job ? are you aware of the part name and Part number for joining the fender to the bumper ?

    • @scottmyers4069
      @scottmyers4069 3 года назад +1

      @@kaufmankdk No, I did not do a video. I’m not sure a video could be taken, as there are two screws the in a blind spot. The WIS from Mercedes describes it best.

    • @kaufmankdk
      @kaufmankdk 3 года назад +1

      WIS ? Do you have access to this.?

    • @scottmyers4069
      @scottmyers4069 3 года назад

      @@kaufmankdk Yes. It’s the “work instructions” provide by Mercedes to do any job on their vehicles. It can be purchased off eBay. They call them shop manuals.

    • @kaufmankdk
      @kaufmankdk 3 года назад +4

      So, Scott has nothing of value to contribute. Not part of a solution but only part of the problem.
      Thank you so much for your time.
      Please consider in the future to be positive and supportive or simply stay out of the form.

    I highly suggest that you learn the process from beginning to end before shooting the video. Saying "I forgot" or "I did x wrong" in a video and not editing that part out is an unwise decision.
