I planted pansy seeds 5-6 days ago following your advice except with high quality potting mix commercially made . Today i checked and saw tiny seedlings coming up. I'm very excited. The world is in such turmoil now with the coronavirus scare and economic downturn. Seeing the little seeds sprouting gives me a little peace. I like your dog, too! Thanks for your uplifting videos
Oh my word.... you make it look so so simple and really wish it were so. None the less will give it a try and pray it will give similar results. Cheers
Very nice presentation. I'm starting pansies for a presentation at a senior living center in May. Here's hoping they are big enough to give away by the time the day (My 29) rolls around. Thank you!!
Ur videos are generally very informative and u tend to tackle the problem that a new gardener would face...I think that's what's making it more interesting to see in your videos... Can you please make a video on adeniums ...I have a plant which isn't blooming at all...even though I prunned it fertilized it..I am just tired..
Sir please always put the link of seeds on your description box... As a beginner gardener we don't know that which company seeds will be good for germination.... U teaches us every thing about gardening, I think if you put the link of the seeds on your description box then it will be very easy to buy the seeds... Thnk u Sir
Beautiful. Is there a reason why you didn’t add the plastic to the top for germination? Also what hardiness zone are you in? It’s neat how you use partial shade to germinate plants
I love your videos, they're really great? When I plant my seeds, they've grown very long/leggy (I was covering them from light indoor to germinate). It has been a week... What do you think?
I’ve watched a few videos and some say to keep them in the dark when planting the seeds with a board etc so no light gets thru for 7-10 days until you see them sprouting. Then I watch other videos that say they need the cold or stratification to grow. Then I see your vid and just plant the seeds and they grow without any special instructions. Of course I love your method. Does it matter the kind of seeds? Ty!
First time I am seeing ur vedio sirr... Itxxx very helpfull thnkxxxxx alottttt... But plxxxxxxx make a vedio on how to collect the seeds of pansyy.....plxx its a request
What does it mean by fine sand? Do you mean to say fine granular construction sand ? Please I need the answer because I do have only coarse construction sand. I would like to ask you further that apart from organic manure as you have shown in this video what other fertilizers are really needed for this particular flowering plant? ☺️
Spraying directly on just sprouted seedlings with that water spray bottle doesn’t cause root rot? I’m having a hard time figuring out how to water my seedlings or the seedling mix when it goes dry before even sprouting has started.
Sir aapke videos bahut ache hai. Ek sawaal tha. Mere tomato plant ke tomato ka size bad nahi raha hai. Jab wo chote ho tab hai red ho jate hai. Plz suggest. .
Sir maine bhi pansy ki seedling ki aur wo bade bhi hue par sir usme green color ke chote chote keede lag gaye sir mai kya karu leaves ke peeche chipke rahte h green color k pls bataye kya karu
Your pansies are gorgeous. I too have grown pansy just last week (July) the temperature in Mysore is nice and tiny saplings have started to come. I wanted to ask you this l, after they have matured can i transplant it in wide pots so that I can plant atleast 3-4 plants.
hello, I planted the seeds, the tiny leaves came out but they do not grow any more (at least 10 days passed). Should I put them in shadow or cover them again? Thanks
@@urbangardeningofficial I live in Italy, it's a cold April now, but the vase is in the staircase, about 15 C°, the plant receives light in the morning, shadow in the afternoon

How long does it take from sowing seeds to flowering?
Three months probably. If you sow in October you can expect blooming in December.
Partial full day Sunlight is essential.
Great video man...thanx
Thanks 😊
Great video! Is it necessary to stratify Pansy seeds?
