As a new listener I am wondering should you listen to one meditation over several days/weeks/month (not sure what the optimum length of time is or should be) to allow to process or is switching meditations each night just as effective?
Hi Janelle and welcome! Thanks for being here on the journey with us. I always tell people that there's never any better way or right way to do something. It's all unique to each of us. Just find what works for you and what you feel aligns for you. It's OK to experiment and try different things, or even stay with one video or one type of theme. Change for some can happen right away, or within a few days, or a few weeks. It just all depends on the person. If you are listening to content that has themes of empowerment for you, then you could listen to different content and those same themes will begin to resonate within your subconscious. That's my input and suggestion to you: see what you like and what feels like it's aligning with you. Sending you much love and light and thank YOU for taking the time to listen and ask a question! 🙏💙

Everyone I grew up with has a life partner, children of their own and successful employment. I just manage to hold on every day with obsessive compulsive disorder and a support worker. I have the failed relationships and debt behind me now so I am back on my own again and coping financially. Long term injury is preventing me going back to the gym but I have a beautiful dog that I walk on the beach whenever I can get there. What do we ever really have control over in life - in the bigger scheme of things... if we cant control the weather then we shouldnt allow a concept like control to cause any anguise. Perhaps life itself consist of the catalyst that gives us the opportunity to choose the state of being we prefer in the moment. The illusion of separation is just a trick of the ego trying take us out of the moment. If you are part of spirit then what would you want to control, except being mindful of what what state of being you are choosing. Wishing you all a peaceful and empowering 2024 ❤
