Spicy pita packets with meat and mushrooms
500 g of chicken or turkey meat cut into cubes
1 onion
400g of mushrooms
200ml of cooking cream
8 sheets of thin crust
200g of kulen
spices as desired
spoon of oil and spoon of water with chilli spice for coating
Fry chopped onion and meat in a little oil until golden brown. Take it out of the pan and put the chopped bacon in it. When all their water has evaporated, return the meat, season to taste with salt, pepper, dry seasoning and add about 150 to 200 ml of cooking cream and mix everything. Z
We need 2 peels for 1 packet. Arrange the kulen in the middle of the first crust, coat the edges of the crust with the cream, then cover with the second crust. Place a quarter of the meat and mushroom filling in the middle of the second crust. Fold the crusts on both sides and add the kulen to the top when folding. Close the packets by folding the remaining two sides, with one underlining from the bottom and the other folding from above. Make 3 more such packets, put them in a greased tray, cover them with oil and water with chilli pepper and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
