Great review. Caesars is my wife and I’s go to when staying in Vegas. My wife seems to be growing tired of it. I love it; luxury wise, you just can’t beat it. My wife finds the pool, while beautiful, she finds it boring. She prefers Mandaley Bay with the Lazy River and wave pool, which I get. I just think Caesars pool is just beautiful to look at and relax and I really love their day beds at the pool. We just stayed there again and one downside of Caesars is that it has everything, so much everything that you really don’t need to leave the resort. We came back for the second time in a row realizing that we never left the resort, making us feel that we kind of “missed” the overall Vegas experience. It’s something we haven’t thought about until we check out and realize that it feels like we’re missing something.
Love the reviews honest and straight forward. You can not please everybody all the time but places need to take the time to do it right and please most of the people most of the time . If the owners watch things like this they will get a true feeling of their properties
I would stay at Ceasars for Two reasons 1. The bathrooms ARE EXTREMELY beautiful. 2. The way the Hotel manages and divides the WIFI is Very good Network Management. This is done so that Everyone get equal bandwidth distribution for each hotel room. As I am a Network Engineer this is something I can appreciate. If I ever venture to Vegas I will do my best to book a Stay at Ceasars Hotel . Thank you two for a very detailed overall review. Great Video

One of the reasons I fully enjoy the videos You Two make, is that you take time to dress up very well and classy for dinner. This says a lot about how you two take pride in yourselves and that you seem to respect the property you two are reviewing. Beautiful property, and excellent food at the Water Grille but the casino sucked us dry. I found an old school machine and played for about 15 min. max. and that was about the extent of the fun we had in this casino. Not the first time this has happened at Caesar's Palace.
My biggest compliant about Caesars is it's just too big! I parked at the self parking and the hike from my car to the room was ridiculous. MGM has the same problem. Great pool and the Forum Shops is a show on it's own. Have you ever done a piece on City Center?

I have stayed at Caesars twice. Definitely stay in the Augustus or Octavious towers. The forum tower is the oldest and original and very dated. True Las Vegas experience at Caesars!! Love Vanderpumps too!
An interesting note about the changing sky in the Forum Shops area - A 24-hour day/night rotation of the Earth takes place in 3 hours. There are also many art gallery shops and the great statue of David. Lots of things there including the world's only 3-story spiral escalator. Just amazing. Oh! And one of America's number one rated Italian restaurants - Il Mulino.
I think we overlapped one night at Caesar’s, I was there Monday-Thursday and stayed in the Augustas Tower. Room footprint was exactly the same as the room you had...but with different carpet and bathroom tile/fixtures. The Augustas also had a table and two chais over where that empty wall was in your room...but didn’t have the round table in front of the couch (but did have basically the same couch).
Thank you for the video. That was my 1st time going to Vegas I stayed there. Stayed in palace tower 3 times and once in Augusta tower all rooms and services were awesome!! My husband won't stay anywhere else. Awesome Hotel!!!
Perfect timing for video. I have a reservation mid Dec in the Octavius tower, $45-50 night no resort fee. I am familiar with Caesars but haven't stayed there so this was very nice. I haven't wanted to stay there in the past because it is so big but I cannot pass on such a great deal for a nice room. I am sad that I am too late to visit Mesa Grill before it is gone.

I'm staying at Caesars in a few days and the part about which tower I should stay at helped A LOT and ive also watched your other cheap eats videos that are prepping me for this vacation (have a notebook with notes of of your cheap eats and cheap drinks vids lol) I'm from Chicago so definitely don't want to spend that much lol bc I myself like as much for my dollar as possible.
The Venetian is amazing. Definitely my favorite hotel in Vegas. Not only are the rooms beautiful (and huge), but the parking garage is easy to get in and out of. That's important to me, as I always rent a car. Also, unlike a lot of the bigger hotels (MGM, for example) you don't have a 20 minute walk from the garage to your room. Of course, the downside is that the place is expensive. Fortunately, my wife is a big slots player who gets a lot of comped rooms, so I've been able to stay there a few times. When I go by myself, and have to pay, I'll stay somewhere cheaper. But if I can get a deal on a room, the Venetian is my first choice.
I ate at HK about 3-4 days ago. Food 8/10. Service 5/10. Lower than what I expected tbh, would like to hear about your experience too. Bill was about $400 USD for 3 people. Would not go about again.
OMG, u are the first one i've heard to give that opinion on Hell's Kitchen. I feel the exact same way. We ate there about 9 months after it opened and it was so underwhelming. For the prices i expected more, it was like we were eating in a cafeteria like how Lawrys Steak House is set up, at least here in CA. Service was wonderful food was good. I tell ppl if u just want to go to taste the dishes from the show and see the kitchen setup it's cool but it's nowhere we need to do more than once.
If you watch the show Hell's Kitchen, you'll understand the "cafeteria" style layout. It's because the red & blue kitchens are the focal point so most everyone has a great view. There are some more intimate areas tucked in the corners and a window seat facing the strip is a fun place to sit. We've been multiple times (Gordon was actually there the first time) and have never been disappointed in the food and especially the service
I always stay at Caesars when I'm in Vegas. I will say though, that room is actually small compared to other rooms in Caesars and on the strip. Good job on the video and keep up the good work.

Travel Ruby thank you for the review. My wife and I stayed next door at The Mirage last time we went to Vegas but we really wanted to go a a big Vegas nightclub like the Omnia. Would you recommend Caesars over The Venetian or Bellagio? I thought the Forum shops were a little too expensive and out of our budget. We did have a nice lunch at The Planet Hollywood Cafe in there. Also there was some side Gordon' Ramsey Pub and Grill side restaurant at Caesars it was very average. We really enjoyed your Strat review.
We stayed a Caesars the last time we went to Las Vegas. Our first time staying there. We chose it because we are huge fans of Lisa Vanderpump and wanted to try out her new place there. If I did a review like this it would sound almost exactly like yours. Except we didn't go to Hells Kitchen. Now Im glad we didn't. And we did see Absynthe(sp?) and absolutely loved it. Not even sure if its going to be around after Covid. Thanks for the review. We need to get back when things get a b it more open.
There's a lonely looking space on the left hand side. A nice dark, shiny wood, long dresser would be nice there. Or an extension of shelving. Bathroom is so nice there. My shower at the Mirage had such a loud high pitched squeal that it hurt my ears. Will bring ear plugs along at the end of the month in case the shower again has a loud squeal while running.
This made me wonder if it would be a better plan to spend more on a better location rather than saving money on your room but having to spend it on uber?
never stayed in ceasars and never felt like staying there for all reasons you mention its too big and im from europe so would want be in pool early(we 8 hours ahead so i am up at 6 or 7 and no sun til almost noon not for me.i prefer hotels like mirage,park mgm even excalibur is ok,no point taking up time getting from room to pool/strip in the huge casinos.mirage is one my favs come out elevators an ya almost in pool

I like your videos they are all growing on me. But me personally I’d like a scoring system. For like room, pool,food, etc. and maybe like a 1-5 each and then total. Cause all videos you say I like this and that. But I’m trying to find where I’d stay the most. Not everyone can stay at all casinos. Just a suggestion lol. 😃

Yesssss, I upgraded to a suite on the Palazzo side. It was huge with a dinning room table, living room, bar and I had a fully furnished PATIO with an outdoor fire place. Talk about vibes. 💪🏾 That hotel is bomb
maybe things have changed but last time i went the only store open late night in the food court was DiFara pizza.....everything else closed much earlier....
We have been there 5 weeks ago. That hotel is absolutely terrible. The ventilation is so loud, unbelievable. But the worst thing is the stuff. Almost every person on the desk was incredibly rude. We couldn't go in in our room because the elevator didn't work to our floor! One technician checked and saw and "oh exactly - doesn't work." That's all, he left and didn't come back NO ONE wanted to help us. We was done. We even cried because after 2 h we didn't get the room. After calling the manager we get an another room. We waisted so much time. The pool was closed. The night before we were in Bellagio. That's like black and white. Huuuuuge difference between both Hotels.
Have you tried the $20 sandwich trick at Caesers? I'll be staying there for my first time in May, booked the Octavius 2 queen room. Hoping to get lucky with the sandwich trick with $100. My goal is to get a nice suite upgrade.
@@davidpresta4549 So I did do the $100. She started to type furiously looking for upgrades. She said there was a Palace premium studio with easy access to the pool and 2 bathrooms. I said thank you and enjoyed my stay until check out. When I went to check out, I was charged for the upgrade daily... so instead of having a comp'd stay, they tried to charge me $1,000. After talking to management they corrected it. My advice is to make it clear that the upgrade isn't going to cost you anything beyond the tip. Get it in writing. Other than that, I loved caesers palace. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable. Easy pool access was great.
I'm sorry you didn't like Hell's Kitchen! Their flagship dish, the Beef Wellington, is ironically disgusting. However, the filet mignon is amazing and I'm not usually a steak person. I also love their coffee and how they serve it with a shot glass of agave syrup

I've never stayed at Caesars hotel, been there several times for food, shows and drinks. I agree that Hell's Kitchen is kind of overrated, I was there a couple of years ago and I thought the food was okay. The best dish I had there was their desert, the bread putting with ice cream on top.
Just got back from staying at CP last night. The room was nice, food was good. WIFI Sucked and everyone I spoke with at the convention we attended said the same. Having to turn on cell phone roaming from Canada costs money!

I was a Diamond up in Atlantic City. Never made it down to Las Vegas, though. Was comped, to the other Ceasars up north, along the lake.
Personally, I still love the Palazzo/ Venetian hotel rooms.

Great video. We’ve booked to stay in April in the same room style. Fingers crossed we can get out there. Around the pool it looked like daybeds do you have to pay for those? Are there normal loungers?

I like your videos they are all growing on me. But me personally I’d like a scoring system. For like room, pool,food, etc. and maybe like a 1-5 each and then total. Cause all videos you say I like this and that. But I’m trying to find where I’d stay the most. Not everyone can stay at all casinos. Just a suggestion lol. 😃

We got a promotion to upgrade to Diamond because I was Gold at MGM I had never stayed with Caesars before

Yesssss, I upgraded to a suite on the Palazzo side. It was huge with a dinning room table, living room, bar and I had a fully furnished PATIO with an outdoor fire place. Talk about vibes. 💪🏾 That hotel is bomb
maybe things have changed but last time i went the only store open late night in the food court was DiFara pizza.....everything else closed much earlier....

We have been there 5 weeks ago. That hotel is absolutely terrible. The ventilation is so loud, unbelievable. But the worst thing is the stuff. Almost every person on the desk was incredibly rude. We couldn't go in in our room because the elevator didn't work to our floor! One technician checked and saw and "oh exactly - doesn't work." That's all, he left and didn't come back NO ONE wanted to help us. We was done. We even cried because after 2 h we didn't get the room. After calling the manager we get an another room. We waisted so much time. The pool was closed. The night before we were in Bellagio. That's like black and white. Huuuuuge difference between both Hotels.

Have you tried the $20 sandwich trick at Caesers? I'll be staying there for my first time in May, booked the Octavius 2 queen room. Hoping to get lucky with the sandwich trick with $100. My goal is to get a nice suite upgrade.

@@davidpresta4549 So I did do the $100. She started to type furiously looking for upgrades. She said there was a Palace premium studio with easy access to the pool and 2 bathrooms. I said thank you and enjoyed my stay until check out. When I went to check out, I was charged for the upgrade daily... so instead of having a comp'd stay, they tried to charge me $1,000. After talking to management they corrected it. My advice is to make it clear that the upgrade isn't going to cost you anything beyond the tip. Get it in writing. Other than that, I loved caesers palace. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable. Easy pool access was great.
I'm sorry you didn't like Hell's Kitchen! Their flagship dish, the Beef Wellington, is ironically disgusting. However, the filet mignon is amazing and I'm not usually a steak person. I also love their coffee and how they serve it with a shot glass of agave syrup

I've never stayed at Caesars hotel, been there several times for food, shows and drinks. I agree that Hell's Kitchen is kind of overrated, I was there a couple of years ago and I thought the food was okay. The best dish I had there was their desert, the bread putting with ice cream on top.

Just got back from staying at CP last night. The room was nice, food was good. WIFI Sucked and everyone I spoke with at the convention we attended said the same. Having to turn on cell phone roaming from Canada costs money!
