Nice work on the cherry picking. SF certainly is hopping. A little to crazy for me driving there so my hats off to you. Sacramento certainly has been dead. Even the surges from the concerts from Golden One were not more than $3.50 on Lyft. Got a good cancellation fare from a reservation yesterday of $20 though which was nice as the ride was $9.95 for only about 2 miles.
I do like the scheduled ride cancellation fees. It's a haul to get there and back BUT it pays off in the long run. Thanks for watching.
I would have taken a few of those. 7 miles for nearly $25 and you passed? Wish we had those here where I live.
I know it looks appealing BUT the reality with the distance is, it would have taken too long to complete that 7 mile trip and then drive back the 7 miles to get into the surge area. I would have had one ride for $25 and missed out on the other opportunities. I was looking for rides that kept me west of Van Ness Street. That way I could do quick turnarounds and cash in on the surge.
In SF it is all surface streets and there is no quick way to get from one side of the city to the other.

Can you share with how can you decide uber trip but cancel rate is still 2% ?? Thanks
I vary rarely cancel trips. I also don't accept a lot of trips that don't fit my strategy which means the trips that I do accept are the rides I want. This is the reason my cancellation rate is so low. Thanks for watching.
