The does have an auto-accept feature that will accept all rides as they come in. I have never used that feature, mainly because I only want profitable rides for me. Try the 14 day trial and see if it works for you. The main benefit it provides in my opinion is the filtering and acceptance of a ride while you're driving.

I was going to drive last night but my wife made plans for us so I went out and drank martini's at dinner. I was wondering how it was going to go after the concert. I tell you what, I am ready to get back to some form of normal. FYI: The International Wine Symposium takes place the last week of the month. Thanks for watching and for subscribing! Yes I can do that. Typically, they are waiting or walking out for the pickup. There are times I have to wait. Every once in a while I will text them that I have arrived if I have waited for 2 or 3 minutes. Drop offs are quick and easy and usually include a thanks and drive safe from the passenger(s). I will record a couple full rides over the next couple of days to give you a better idea.

That is some good news. Here in Sac no quests, yet, but in S.F. they're rolling out hourly boost pay. It definitely helps. Thanks for watching and good luck out there.

I record all of my videos on my phone using AZ Screen Recorder app. There is a native screen record option on the phone (I have a Samsung Galaxy 23+) but the interface of the app is easier to use. My typical setup: $/mile >= $1.00 Pickup distance < 4 miles User rating >= 4.70 Set pickup and drop off zone I turn on auto-decline if the filters aren't met Sometimes I will add in total distance less than 12-14 miles and with Lyft I will set the fare to $5 or more. If I drive in S.F. I will just setup the pickup and drop off zone plus user rating.

Thanks for watching and great question. I find $/hour to be deceptive when looking at profitable rides. I also find it easier to calculate my operating costs on a $/mile calculation versus a $/hour. I have a couple videos where I discuss this strategy.

I did and my market was pretty saturated but that doesn’t mean I didn’t make any $$$. Video out soon.

I've driven out in Davis for ride share but not deliveries and it can be hit or miss. I would agree, college students are not going to be tippers.

Thanks for watching. There’s always been a subscription to my knowledge once the 14 day trial ends. If you’re a Lyft driver, it’s worth the cost, in my opinion.

Oh yeah, the turbo bonus makes it worth while. I have to remind myself that there’s a $3 bonus on every ride I do to get to the 50 rides. It makes the $2.50 ride easier to accept.

However, sometimes I will set the $/mile for Lyft a bit higher to eliminate the nature hikes I tend to get from them.

I do. When I use Mystro I have it set at 4.7 for Uber and 4.8 for Lyft. If I'm not using Mystro, I try to pay attention to the rating but most of the time I don't.

Great question. For me it breaks down to the ease of calculation. I can average the number of miles and use that as the basis to determine what my cost to operate is. I know my fixed costs and with the average number of miles I can figure out the $/mile I need to make to be profitable. It also is the standard that I am used to from my days as a truck driver in college. I paid by the mile and not the hour.

Thanks for watching. Yes it will filter the trip radar rides but it's a bit inconsistent with them. Yes, I get trip radar offers in my market. The only thing they don't do here is monitor my A/R like other markets.
