Suction filters usually have a preventive/predictive maint. schedule depending on the hours in use or dP across them. In order to prevent cavitation and pump wreckage, it is very common to install a bypass check valve across the filter(s) which opens at a set vaccum pressure. Also usual high pressure hydraulic system consists of a charge pump which provides a higher discharge , a part of which is filtered and returned to the reservoir while the rest is taken up by the main high pressure pump.

I'm not criticizing you but here are some tips to make a better video: 1 speak slower (if you watch yourself you speak very fast) 2 put extra care into pronunciation because the accent is very difficult to understand (maybe speaking slowly will help this too). Do NOT add a suction filter because you risk to cavitate and wreck the pump. The oil in the tank must be kept clean. Add a 3 micron breather filter. As the cylinder consumes oil from the tank it is important that the air can enter, otherwise you will create vacuum in the system and the pump will cavitate. The air that goes into the tank must be clean as the oil. Use a 3 micron return filter. Inspect the oil periodically.
why filter is fittetd for after return normally filter is fitted to before pump.but here its defference.plz as soon as possible explain its big problem to me

Consider adding an off line filter in case your periodic tests shows dirt in the oil which you cannot remove just by replacing the filters.

u have filter in tank too suction filter is made from metal mesh ,return filter is from paper ...so return filter u change and suction u clean
