Been looking for a comprehensive case review for the past few days. So glad that I found your video! You convinced me to go with the Spigen Liquid Crystal. Keep up the great work!
We bought a case for 3a xl where the fingerprint hole was too small to easily use. So I took a "round file" and slowly filed the edges of the hole until it was bigger and oval shaped. Use a dime to draw the new hole shape in advance. Worked out well.
I need a OtterBox Defender case but I don't know if it's made yet? Everything on their site is just Google pixel 3 XL not the 3A XL. I work around water and dust as an auto detailer I need full protection. I just got the OtterBox one there store had. But did get unlimited screen protectors.
I can't abide any case that "gives" near the the Charging Port, which is the vast majority of TPU cases. It's rare to find a case that gives a firm, solid fit around the entire rim of the phone, which is why I'm *so* pleased to have found the 2-Tech Carbon Fibre case for my iPhone..pity they didn't do them for the Google line up. I really like the look/feel of the Google Fabric cases, but, to me, open at the bottom and/or top, just looks weird to me! 😉
None of these cases will protect your phone. Even if you have a screen protector. I have a wallet case that completely encloses the phone, has a magnetic closure. I can repeatedly drop my phone onto gravel with no damage, none of these cases would protect from this.
Do not buy googles fabric case. It might be very cool looking but otherwise useless when it comes to protecting your phone and @ almost £40 in UK is really overpriced. Just purchased one last week for my new pixel 3a and guess what. My phone screen is gone. It took a hit on the bottom between the speakers cutouts right where the needed protection is actually a long cutout, and that was it. Now my insurance has to deal with it and i have to fork out more money for a proper protective case. I think im going for the rynoshield carbon fibre looking one
Yes this was what I was afraid of. Plus this pixel does not even have gorilla glass. They use a cheaper glass that breaks. IMO, the only case worthy of this phone is the outterbox commuter which they make. Speck is pretty good as well. Tempered glass is also highly recommended.
Honestly if you're just worried about scratches I don't know why you buy a case. If you're gonna cover the whole thing anyway, you may as well be caseless and risk getting a scratch... then put a cover on it afterwards.
I feel like clear cases really make the pixel phones pop 👌🏽
Yes it looks beautiful👌
5:22 i just ordered this case. Hope it arrives early
Thanks, I am going to buy the 3a, so, all of this is good to know.
Behold The Yeets same
Wasn't sure I'd actually find a case comparison and review video, thank you so much!
That second case is gonna go yellow so fricken quick 😂😂😂

Glad I could help!
I've had 2 Spigen cases and they are awesome!

Good idea!
Hey bro, do you know if the pixel 3aXL case works on the pixel 2XL?
Went with the 🦏 shield bumper. 12 feet fall protection and allows your phone to be open in the front and back. 💪🏼
What screen protector do you have on your Pixel 3a XL?
I forgot to add it in the description earlier, but it's this one: amzn.to/2I7ezxS
The speck line for the Pixel 3a is pretty good too.
The black variants are probably the cheapest ones though.
I got one from amazon similar to the red/green cases, but mine has an extra hole where you can see the G of the back
Ringke Fusion Clear TPU is the best.
OtterBox Defender is on mine now, love it.
How can you pick just one I know I can't love the red case

The OtterBox defender case doesn't have a built-in screen protector anymore but these do: ruclips.net/video/QoucGzx7Fn8/видео.html
i got $100 google store credit. what should I spend it on?
Awesome! Anything you want. A case, headphones, etc. You might even be able to use that on their smart home stuff.
or u can wait for something else to come out
Google home I have had one for about a year and a half and LOVE it
Google buds
where can i the google case?????
I added some links in the description. They have it on Amazon now and also on the Google store.
Very helpful video! Ty
I got the Spigen
I'm actually using that one right now!
where is the link for "fashion case" ? :с
You should have tried the google assistant squeeze test with the case on
Yeah I forgot to show that. It does work with these since they're fairly thin.
Great review!!
From where I can get this cases ?
There should be a link for each in the description of the video.
So you like spigen better than google case?
Grip wise yes
Dude how do you get your home scree like that
What do you mean?
I think I like the Google one the most.

I have two of these cases 😆 and I just bought the first two cases on Amazon that looked nice

Don't drop it on gravel then
OK boomer
The squeeze test
It works on all of these. I may have to show that on my next case video.
Avoid Google Fabric case. Wont last more than a year and doesn't protect top and bottom of the phone. I broke my pixel with this case.
I want them all
thank you
You sound like Toby from The Office.

@@tannergrinzel5123 that's true. I'm caseless but with a screen protector. Seems like the perfect combination
