I suggest you do the Ethics Committee some time, they are a very important yet such a very underrated department. Their job is to review containment protocols and ensure foundation personnel preform their dutities ethically. They are basically what keeps the foundation from going insane and becoming a "Monster" to society. You may have never heard of them, or may of even thought them as a joke. But that's what they want as they work in the background keeping the foundation from going against itself. Another thing they do is ensure D-class are used appropriately by research staff. Something interesting they do in some cannons, they are sometimes seen as the same ranks as the O5s and higher, as they have the authority to veto any decisions made that they deem to be unethical and inhumane. Just like the O5, they have their own specialized mobile task force units, (Omega-1) - Laws left hand. They basically do the dirty work of the committee by taking out any foundation member, or high ranking member who've they investigated and have been found to have violated ethical standards and must be terminated.
