Buon compleanno... simpatico il concedersi parti "minori", è fatto spesso dai grandi interpreti, anche nella prosa e nelcinema
I saw Ramey dozens of times since his early NYC Opera days, in many of his great roles. At the Met too. It’s a little shocking to see him in the character parts now. In my own mind, I guess I assumed he’d go on forever as the devil!
Sounds just like Mufasa
I think he could be called a bass-baritone because his top is so solid!
He is a bass baritone
He is a basso cantante
His speaking voice is bass for sure.
Bass-baritone speaking voice sounds a bit lighter, check out Sven Olafsen he is one.
What year was this interview?
Quite a difference between the lenient, easy-going 19th Century Benoit, and today's litigious, cutthroat landlords.
He looks like my uncle with a much much much better voice!
okay as much as i love him, he kinda looks like a lady here, lol
NOT A BAD THING! dude looks like a lady! xD
