Shouldve have seen how loud it was in game 3 when chris neil scored. I lost my hearing. And in game 4 when alfie scored i lost my hearing. This years gonna be much better for the sens and there fans. I was really proud how the sens fans showed up after the sens lost to the ducks and when we got swept by the pens and they chanted go sens go, we had a bad year, it happens, in fact the last 3 years the 2 cup finalists have had a bad following year. Curse of the cup.
Uh man. Have you noticed the sens roster changes the last 3 years. Little departures like Chara, Havlat, Comrie, Redden, Mezaros, Corvo. They take a tole. Not the gms fault, you cant keep a team together forever. The biggest flaw to the sens was under muckler they rarely drafted well. Murray changed that. Check out E.Karlsson, Weirococh, Obrien, Z.Smith, and the others he picked. Another strong draft this year with higher picks and the sens will fill most of their future needs. Go Sens Go!
Unfortunetly we suck this year I love that we got Ruutu and Smith but we need a puck moving deffencemen. Were horrible right now, and unless we make some trades which is the obvious solution, we won't even make the playoffs.
Actually what takes you twice as long to win is rebuilding. Sens had a great start,then struggled, shitty coach couldnt turn the team around,then they got MAJOR injuries a week b4 the playoffs. Sens didnt cheat the last ten years to be a contender team.And it wasnt a patriot season. Patriots undefeated till the superbowl then blew it. Biased officials.Overhyped. Pens easy run to the finals, blew it, biased reffing.Overhyped. Manning and Ovechkin are better than Brady and crosby.
