Some football show! They don't even talk about the GAMES. This was actually a very competitive game between the Bill and Chiefs, and all they can talk about is aksdlhfj. Great episode, thanks for the laughs
What everyone doesn’t realize, referee inaptitude gives the NFL so much free drama and extra coverage. “Oh can you believe they did this!? Ugh let me go check, let me go rant online”. The owners are unethical people who only care about money. Oh no some ppl might leave, well the majority will be here giving their money to shout more at about the refs. Every time there’s a bad ref call, every sports show has it blazing for hours and hours. It sucks because it ruins the integrity of our sport, but yet again it is an entertainment industry, not a genuine sports industry. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
The mental gymnastics people do to convince themselves that the Chiefs are actually a bad team and deserve to lose most of the games they win is crazy at this point.
They’re not bad. They’re just undeniably favored by the refs in key moments. They’re about as good as Tampa is, with that extra spice of NFL bullshit heaving them over the finish line more often
@@KevinoftheHorde What was the key moment in the Bills game? I'm a Rams fan btw not a chiefs fan. I just don't see the calls people are talking about. Refs get calls wrong all the time, missed holds on nearly everyplay. People seem to say every wrong call (or any call they dont like really) is somehow deciding every game and its exhausting as an impartial fan to hear everyone say the games are rigged somehow after every single week. People go back and scour every chiefs game for plays to point at. Again. Not saying they haven't benefitted from some bad calls in their favor but literally every team does.
@@KevinoftheHorde The Eagles had more ref help in their game from getting away with a blatant hold from Barkley on the 4th down directly into a dodgy spot foul DPI which literally gave them a touchdown. But no one thinks it's rigged for them. The bills got away with numerous blatant false starts, most notably on the touchdown to Mack Hollins. A play in which he also stiff armed McDuffie the entire time without an OPI call, which would have resulted in McDuffie somehow getting a DPI called on him anyways if the TD wasn't made despite him getting manhandled and still playing perfect coverage. For 15/16 games on Sunday we get "oh wow the refs suck". Then for 1 team we get "I can't believe the refs suck specifically to help this one team. The refs have literally never got a call wrong before this game" You're taking absolute crazy pills
2 seconds into the podcast and you’ve already captured the perfect vibe… 😂

As a 40 year old man, I do indeed remember Al Gore. The passing of time is pain.
New fantasy football team name "Smiles and Gloryholes"
Exactly how I feel.

Hand Raised
I laughed and then cried when I saw the title
this is y'all's fault for messing up the voodoo. Crendor had to pick chiefs/eagles because he always gets red team games wrong
Yeah, I know Al Gore for sure (but I'm 33). Hanging chads and butterfly ballots, what a time we used to live in
I just hope both teams have fun next Sunday

People still know who Al Gore is because of South Park
I never watched an episode of South Park, I am not even american, and even I know who Al Gore is without looking them up. Both of them, in fact.
